Meals - a buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the choice is good. Lots of side events, all meals in one place. But when something ends, they usually bring more (although sometimes you have to wait a bit).
The room in the hotel is neat, clean, you can see the recent renovation, everything is there, in general, we can say excellent. Despite the autumn, the room was not particularly cold, but two blankets were needed (I immediately asked for a second one).
In the conference hall (we occupied one of many others, which looked like a large glazed summer terrace) it was sometimes cool, and sometimes unbearably hot, because. they heated them with electrical appliances, which dried the air very much and blew noisily, like from a hair dryer. But in principle, this did not interfere with our work. Sometimes we asked the staff to turn it off, which they promptly did. Another time, you will have to choose a room in the building according to the season.
In general, the impression is very good.
The complex is located on the outskirts of Kyiv in Pushcha Voditsa.
The location is very convenient: on the one hand, a two-minute walk is a forest, on the other, just ten minutes away by car there are large shopping and entertainment centers "Lavina", "Epicenter", "Auchan", "Novus".
For guests of the complex arriving by car, parking is free on site.
There are two main buildings on the territory - a hotel and a conference building, in which there are several halls of various sizes and a restaurant.
The distance between buildings is about 50 meters.
The settlement went quickly. Visa and MasterCard are accepted for payment,
They give you a room key and a card to turn on the electricity. This is convenient, since you can leave electronic devices on charge when leaving.
Number - Standard TWIN. The photos on the site are completely true.
The room is compact and comfortable. It can be seen that the renovation was done a long time ago, but everything looks decent, and the furniture is in good condition.
There is a balcony with an area of approximately two square meters, on which there is a table and two chairs.
View from the window - in the courtyard of the complex.
During my stay, there were few guests at the hotel, so it is difficult to assess the sound insulation, but no extraneous sounds were heard either from the street or from the corridor.
Beds - one and a half, mattresses and pillows - comfortable.
Lighting in the room is organized using two ceiling lamps and two bedside lamps.
The light, even when all available equipment is turned on, remains dimmed.
The room is warm. The temperature level can be adjusted independently using a switch located directly on the heating radiator.
You can use an air conditioner that works quietly.
Free sockets - more than three in the room, one in the bathroom, one in the hallway.
In the hallway there is a closet with a dozen clothes hangers.
There is no safe.
In the bedside table under the TV there is a small refrigerator.
LCD TV with a diagonal of approximately 26 inches with a set of basic Ukrainian channels.
Wi-Fi in the room and on the territory of the complex is good, with a stable signal, you can watch movies online.
The bathroom is compact with a shower.
The lighting is bright.
Plumbing in the shower cabin is battered, but in working order.
From bath accessories - disposable slippers, four towels (not new, but well washed), soap, shampoo, shower gel, shower cap, a set of sticks and cotton pads.
Since the room is for two, everything was in double quantity.
There is a hair dryer. Works good.
As a compliment from the hotel - two half-liter bottles of still water.
Breakfast is a buffet with a good selection of food, much more than is usually found in three-star hotels.
Sausages, sausages, meat, scrambled eggs (original form), scrambled eggs, meat, cheese and vegetable cuts, steamed vegetables, salads, sauces for them, toasts that you can cook yourself, cereals, pastries, butter, honey, muesli, desserts, fruits, yogurt, juices, tea, coffee. .
Everything I've tried is delicious.
On the first floor of the hotel there is a SPA-complex, which includes two steam rooms (dry and wet) with different operating modes, a swimming pool, approximately 3 x 3 meters, a shower and a relaxation room.
Everything is in working order, clean well.
The great advantage of the complex is the presence of several halls of various sizes and formats, which allows meetings and conferences to be held even for a large number of participants.
The halls are equipped with projectors, screens, sound equipment of good quality.
We held the event in the orange hall.
The staff that services the equipment is always nearby and ready at any time to provide qualified assistance or give practical advice.
On the eve of the event, Pushcha employees helped to set up the equipment in such a way that it would be fully compatible with the computers we had brought.
During the conference, for the most part, everything worked well. For two days only a couple of times asked for help from the technical staff.
In addition, tables with delicious snacks and drinks were served during breaks, and buffet lunches were organized.
In general, the Pushcha complex is an excellent place for both conferences and recreation.
I lived in this hotel for 3 days (we held a seminar on its basis). A week after leaving the hotel, a representative of the organization that conducted the seminar called me and said that according to the act or invoice provided by the hotel, it turned out that the towel for the legs had disappeared from the room in which I lived!!!
Tell me why I need a towel that no one knows who and no one knows how many times used. I did not notice any signs of kleptomania. I left all the shampoo and shower gel bottles (both used and new), new shower caps and new slippers in the room, and I didn’t take all the other rubbish that people grab from hotels. When handing over the key, no one checked my number. Now this will be a science for me and I will always require a number check!
It's easy to blame a person, but to get rid of it... So, when leaving this hotel, be on the lookout.
