Terrible! Almshouse a la 90s. The only plus is the ability to park your car on site. This is where the pluses end. We booked a room with private facilities, air conditioning and a kitchenette - microwave, electric kettle, multicooker, refrigerator. As it turned out, a microwave in the room and a working microwave are two different things. Ours worked only for heating, and that is bad. The fridge was cold, but the freezer didn't work at all. On the first evening, we stuffed a pack of dumplings into it, which were subsequently thrown away as if they had turned into one continuous, sticky white mass. All equipment was on its last legs. The shower and toilet were sausages - the hose was leaking, and the toilet bowl periodically refused to fulfill its function.
The room was not cleaned. On the third day, I asked the hostess to clean the room, she sent a cleaner who looked at me like a wolf. Three days later, I came up with a question to the owners of this establishment, referred to differently on different sites - a mini-hotel, a recreation center, etc. , with the question of why they were not cleaning it. The answer was - "we are not cleaned. " As a nod to self-service, there were mops on the terraces outside each room. That is, having 1 week of vacation a year, I still have to clean my room on my own? I'm not talking about daily cleaning or changing bed linen, but cleaning at least once every few days could be. First time I've encountered this.
There was no hair dryer in the room, and there was not a single iron in the entire establishment. On the first day, the hostess reported that the client left with an iron and now they were left without this important item, but they would buy it in two days. On the fifth day, I came up again with the question of whether the iron had appeared, to which the husband of the hostess, smiling sweetly, said no, there was no iron. Guys, who and what took from your customers, these are your problems, business involves investments. Or do you offer your guests to bring their own iron and hair dryer?

Went last summer with kids. Pros: fenced area, where to run, a trampoline for free, comfortable houses, a sandy beach, a good, inexpensive varied cuisine in a cafe at the base. Responsive hosts, always ready to help at any time of the day. Minus - sometimes slowed down the Internet. Who needs rest for children, Primorskoye is the very thing.
