We have been resting here for more than a year, and we were in different rooms, and there were no unpleasant situations, comments or conflicts anywhere. This year we also recommended this base to our friends. They were completely delighted, and said that if they come to Primorskoye for a vacation, then only here (although before that they had rested for many years at other bases). The room in which we were very comfortable, hot water flows around the clock, there is a brazier nearby, a kitchen, which is important, a good playground where the children played while being supervised nearby. Rooms and bathroom are clean. Leaving the base, there is a shop immediately on the left on the street, which is very convenient, and it is very close to the sea, about 200 m. Due to the fact that the base is far from the center, it is very quiet and calm here. Garbage is picked up a couple of times a day. In short, this base is ideal for us in terms of its characteristics and prices. The owners were very friendly, the question arose that the TV was not on, the owner came up and did everything without problems. Therefore, if you behave normally, then you will have the same attitude and there will be no such situations as they wrote below.
