A couple of times a year I go to Poltava on a business trip and try to settle in Aristocrat. The main plus is the location, as well as pleasant stylish furnishings and design of the rooms. The breakfast buffet is excellent.
Minus - it can be a little noisy, both from the street (but not from the road, from companies), and inside - early cleaning of the rooms sometimes wakes up and the soundproofing is so-so. If the windows face the courtyard, they unload goods from the shops in the morning, they also make noise.
But everything is nearby - nightlife, restaurants, promenade.
