Beautiful, modern hotel in the city center. Clean, warm (considering that on the day of our arrival it was t -20 outside, it was even hot in the room, we opened the window, ventilated it). The maids work conscientiously (they update mini-cosmetics, clean the room, change towels, put drinking water in half-liter bottles). Very nice restaurant where breakfast (buffet) is served in the morning. As for soundproofing, for which many people write reviews, I can say that this did not cause us much discomfort, because. there are not many guests, our neighbors on the floor were through the room. The price for accommodation is average (compared to other hotels in the center). So, we liked everything, I recommend this hotel to all guests of Poltava.
