From what I liked - it's a SPA, good, professional people work there.
In terms of hotel services - the worst that is in Ukraine of this level. Girls with sluggish faces are sitting at the reception (I don’t know if there is such an expression, but those are the faces), it seems that you live in their apartment and they are terribly unhappy with this. I called from the road to explain how to get there, the girl could not say anything intelligible, they asked for a tour of the hotel, but they didn’t receive it, then, thank God, they didn’t have much to do with the reception, but they also saw us off... It’s even unpleasant to remember.
The restaurant is overpriced and tasteless. The child broke the plate, quietly brought a bill for it 175 UAH, we and other places had such incidents, but an apology was enough.
The pool is very deep, there is nothing to do with a child there.
Never again will I go to this hotel. Believe me, there are better places in Odessa.
