The hotel is good, beautiful, but the constant weddings on the terrace got it. During the week of their stay there were 4 with loud music until at least 24.00. Sleep is impossible. And at 6 am there is already a loud cleaning of what they have littered since the evening. All preparations for weddings are made in the rooms, which they specially rent for this purpose.

Noisy both outside and inside the hotel is running around. The hotel is new, the staff is new and no one knows anything, no one is responsible for anything. Staff with no experience in the hotel business.
The breakfast restaurant is a mess. The staff is sleeping. No food by 9 am. When checking out, it turned out that we drank something from the minibar and the cleaning lady confirmed this.
Here is an adult woman and lies in your eyes. There is no parking. The hotel does not have a beach, only a swimming pool. We won't come here again.

Came here with my family for a weekend at the end of October. Stayed at the hotel for 3 days, 2 nights. In principle, excellent, because they expected "less" from 5 stars (compared with other 5 stars in Odessa). The hotel is small, beautiful, cozy, simple European interior, the hotel designer was a man of taste.

We stayed in a standard room, but it was outwardly beyond praise - quite spacious, in light brown colors, ceiling lamps, lamps - everything is moderately sustained. The SPA complex is beautiful and wonderful, I ran into it with my wife both before breakfast and in the evening. Very pleased with the children's room. My son is 5 years old, the nanny quickly found a common language with him. Thanks a lot, everyone!!!!

chose according to the reviews and because I wanted to visit this hotel, we took room 104 next to the terrace, everything was at a high level, the girls corrected the misunderstanding instantly. The children really liked it. The children's room is weak, but we didn’t go there and to the beach where the sand had to go to the common beach.

Girls with sluggish faces are sitting at the reception (I don’t know if there is such an expression, but those are the faces), it seems that you live in their apartment and they are terribly unhappy with this.

I called from the road to explain how to get there, the girl could not say anything intelligible, they asked for a tour of the hotel, but they didn’t receive it, then, thank God, they didn’t have much to do with the reception, but they also saw us off... It’s even unpleasant to remember.
The restaurant is overpriced and tasteless. The child broke the plate, quietly brought a bill for it 175 UAH, we and other places had such incidents, but an apology was enough.
The pool is very deep, there is nothing to do with a child there.
Never again will I go to this hotel. Believe me, there are better places in Odessa.
