The towel was just dirty, in the very "room" it smelled terribly of urine and one light bulb burned dimly. We immediately left this room, tried to close it, but failed. We came to the reception, gave the keys and said that they could not even close it, to which we were told that "so it was necessary to press the pump from the inside and slam it shut. "The girl said that other rooms were still being cleaned and that she had to wait, and she did not know how long. We were not alone in waiting. After sitting for almost an hour, they didn’t offer us anything to see and refused to say how much more we had to wait, on the offer to pay extra and settle in a different category of room, they answered that there were only rooms without windows. It was also impossible to see the room while it was being cleaned. After that, we decided to look for another hotel, since we booked at Booking without prepayment, and at the reception we were simply told to cancel the reservation at Booking. I often go on business trips and don’t spend my holidays at home, and this was the most terrible place I saw in all my travels.
