We went to the Star consciously. They knew that it was very cheap, respectively, and did not expect anything supernatural. Booked in advance by phone. I booked a room with a window, as there are rooms without a window - it's hard to imagine this, to be honest.
To say that the number is small is not to say everything. The size of the room is slightly larger than the size of the double bed installed in it. That is, well, 6 squares, hardly more. A square and a half bathroom. You can brush your teeth or wash your face either while sitting on the toilet or standing in the shower. The door between the room and the bathroom was like some kind of blinds, so if you are traveling together and are embarrassed to poop with your companion, pay attention to this nuance. The window overlooked a meter gap between the houses, so there was essentially no difference with the number without a window.
The room has a fridge and TV. There were 15 channels on TV, one of them was porn. Considering that all of Odessa is littered with leaflets about hourly rooms in Zvezda, the porn channel is not in vain here. The bed was clean.

In the morning at the reception, when we left, we were also given breakfast to go - a completely edible dry ration.
In general, if you need to spend the night cheaply in the center of Odessa and you are not going to spend time in your room, this is a normal option.
