Came with the child to the "Passage". They advised me to stay. The room turned out to be very cold when asked to help with something - we were refused in a very unpleasant tone. We were frozen like that all day long. At night, there were terrible screams in the hall, we did not manage to fall asleep normally. Again, they did not respond to our request.
