I didn't really like the service at the Passage Hotel. The administrator could not decide what documents she needed when checking in and demanded everything that was possible. When we got to the room, it was cold there. They hoped that they would turn on the heating, but nothing like that happened. They asked to fix this problem, but they were frozen until the morning. It was very noisy at night. And the most frustrating thing is that on the Internet the rooms look much more beautiful than they really are. The refurbishment is not good at all and the room is not worth the money spent.
