Lermontovsky, or due to the fact that there are a lot of negative reviews on the Internet about the Odessa sanatorium.
What we liked:
1. deluxe room in building 6 - all amenities, comfort, very clean, thanks to two wonderful cleaners - Maria Ivanovna and Ekaterina Ivanovna;
2. the attending physician Snisarenko Tatyana Yurievna - a professional with a capital letter, explained everything in detail, prescribed the necessary procedures, advised on any issues;
3. medical base - there is really unique equipment (mechanotherapy, for example) and medical procedures that I have not seen before in other sanatoriums;
4. Responsive and kind staff.
What did not like:
Inconsistency of the advertisement of the sanatorium on this site with the real state of affairs in the sanatorium:
1. The application indicated that we arrive in Ukraine on July 20 at night (at 1.50) and depart on August 2 also at night. They were ready to pay for August 2, despite the fact that they left the sanatorium at 1.30 am (the plane was at 4.05 am), and, of course, on August 2 they no longer lived in it, did not eat and were not treated in the sanatorium. But the firm FOP Kachanivska A. P. issued an invoice for the payment on July 19, citing the fact that we will arrive at the sanatorium at night, and we will not be admitted to the sanatorium until 12.00. In fact, everything turned out to be wrong - people come to the sanatorium (and leave, respectively) at any time of the day, and the sanatorium kindly accepts all vacationers. Therefore, the administrator was very surprised that, thanks to this site and the company, we actually overpaid more than 160 euros for two days of rest.
2. This site https://www. odecca. ru/sanatory-lermontovsky-odessa. htm advertises buffet meals in a sanatorium and displays very attractive pictures. In fact, there is no question of any buffet - even in a nightmare we could not imagine that with food we would get into the Soviet past - with long lines of people resting at the doors of the dining room, wishing to get to the dining room and procedures on time, with trays and "soviet" table food - in large volume and tasteless, when every day in the morning you have a choice of oatmeal porridge - with or without sugar (and very rarely semolina or buckwheat porridge), cutlets or meatballs, mostly with porridge for the second, and assorted from unseasoned vegetables. Plus, soup for lunch, and for the third fruit compote (no tea in the morning and poor quality coffee drink). The management of the sanatorium answered our question about poor catering simply - the staff was reduced to a minimum, since no one wants to work for such a salary, and "girls save" (as I understand it, on the quality of food and service).
3. I quote the site https://www. odecca. ru/sanatory-lermontovsky-odessa. htm: "The sanatorium is located at an altitude of 70 meters directly above the coastal beach area, has a descent to the central beach of the Lanzheron city. " This again is not true, since in order to go down to the beach, you have to go outside the gates of the sanatorium, go around it and then overcome the descent of 210 steps to the beach. It’s not difficult to do it there, but back....If vacationers find a gate on the territory of the sanatorium through which they can quickly go out and get to the beach, or a hole in the fence, then the administration quickly hangs a lock on the gate and closes the hole in the fence - so to speak , "everything for the benefit of vacationers"...
4. The list of medical procedures on the website https://www. odecca. ru/sanatory-lermontovsky-odessa. htm includes Therapy therapy (underwater traction), hypoxic therapy (Mountain Air Cabinet), X-ray examinations, Classes in the pool (hydrokinesitherapy , underwater traction of the spine), but in fact the sanatorium does not offer any of this, referring to the repair work in the sanatorium and other reasons.
5. I quote the site: "All arriving at the sanatorium will be accepted only if they present a certificate of a negative test result for COVID-19 (by PCR / ELISA immunoglobulin type M), a rapid test for SARS-CoV-2 Ag or by the PCR method. " We have vaccination passports, but FOP Kachanivska A. P. to our question about the need for an additional test for COVID-19, she confirmed that it is needed, and without it we will not be admitted to the sanatorium. We passed such a test at home and paid an additional 74 euros for two, and when we arrived at the sanatorium, the administrator who registered us was surprised by such requirements, saying that a vaccination passport is enough for the sanatorium.
Thus, thanks to the misleading advertising of the site https://www. odecca. ru/sanatory-lermontovsky-odessa. htm, we overpaid more than 200 euros and did not get what we expected when buying tickets from them.
The end result was a ruined vacation. And we understand that you can not believe this advertisement!

Were in the sanatorium in June 21. The sanatorium is terrible, starting from shabby benches, to the license plate. Horror. And this is in our time. A stinking miserable room, with a bathroom and a shower like in a hostel for demolition. It’s a pity that you can’t attach a photo, what the sanatorium puts on the site does not correspond to reality at all.

Starting from the queue outside, and going up to the "buffet" we see an aunt with a spoon, which lays out the soviet food for everyone. Kapets. It sucks.

Nightmare resort! Everything is old and not clean. The attitude of individual workers is simply boorish, especially those who are responsible for resettlement. They settle people as far as possible so that they are paid extra for resettlement. The rooms are cool, the water is not hot, but slightly warm. . .

Rested in June 2008 with her husband and two children. In general, we liked it, we want more. A normal vacation for those who want to live quietly near the sea, surrounded by nature (and not sheds - bazaars), without thinking where to run to eat and how not to get poisoned, live in a clean room and not think about cleaning, take the child with you.

A normal vacation for those who want to live quietly near the sea, surrounded by nature (and not sheds - bazaars), without thinking where to run to eat and how not to get poisoned, live in a clean room and not think about cleaning, take the child with you. If the price suits you. Now more about what I liked and didn't like. What I liked: MASSAGE! This is a fairy tale, his hands are golden! I can’t convey what he did to me!!! ! After the first few sessions, I couldn’t sleep normally, I was trembling all over, my husband didn’t understand what was happening to me. my thoughts were only about him. With each session, an insatiable desire awakened in me. And once it was fulfilled))) I highly recommend it to you, I don’t say the name, so that it would not be an advertisement. By the way, the last sessions were a bonus for me)))
What I didn’t like: in the reception there were both polite ladies and rude ones, a restaurant on the beach (terrible loud music, tasteless kebabs, although the first courses were not bad), there are no pools! b, sports equipment and gym access have recently been made paid (! ), there is no normal playground with swings - slides. There are not enough entertainment events, there was only a disco where only children danced. Treatment like inhalation, etc. - free of charge, the rest, as we were told, for some money. Still treated with mud. Well, tell me, how can you treat with mud? Still sprinkled with dust. In general, it seemed to us that the pros outweigh the cons, if I come, then only because of the masseur. I wish you all a good rest!

"Lermontovsky" is an excellent sanatorium-resort complex. There is everything you need to restore health. Particular attention is paid to patients with heart failure. An awesome complex of water procedures, a complex of restorative procedures for patients with problems of the musculoskeletal system. Excellent doctors and medical staff.

An awesome complex of water procedures, a complex of restorative procedures for patients with problems of the musculoskeletal system. Excellent doctors and medical staff. Meals 4 times a day according to the all-inclusive system, but there are not enough vitamins, but you can always buy them in Odessa to your taste. The sea is nearby. The territory is guarded, lights out at 11.00. Treatment, nutrition, healthy sleep. The buildings are poor, but clean. There are one or two buildings for VIP clients. I wish you all good health!
