Beds - a mattress without a mattress cover is slippery satin, and on it a sheet - semi-synthetic lies like a tablecloth, hanging 15 cm along the edges. In a minute everything was crumpled and there was simply nothing to sleep on. I informed the administrator - they gave a double sheet, somehow wrapped the mattress. OK. We move on to the dining room - the food is all very salty, the portions are small, the salads are not fresh and everything is with vinegar, as it turned out, because when they cook in advance - there are no refrigerators to store all this, so salt and vinegar are poured. But people still get poisoned. The trays are dirty; You take it - and you get your fingers into the oil with crumbs !! She made a polite, calm remark - yes, yes, we will improve - and by zero, nothing. Move on. Somehow our 1st week has passed. It seems that they are asking to move, because someone really wants to be in my room! OK. I go to look at another room - the toilet is exactly the same dirty as the previous one. Again I make a remark to the administrator - she: "Tell the cleaners yourself what your vision of cleaning is" Okay, she said - they washed everything in two minutes. The cornice with the curtain broke off when she touched the curtain - she called, they fixed it. I'm starting to lay a sheet in this other room - it turned out that the mattress is different here and it's hard to lift it up to wrap it. I ask the administrator for help, they say there are problems with the bed again. As a result, the director comes, all shaking with anger and hatred, with whom I have never spoken, but you can see they are all discussing behind the backs of clients - and tells me, a polite, calm person who came to rest, the following: "This is not with a bed atyou have problems, but your head! And that's all!! ! We won't work with you next time!!! "And he leaves, such a king, and I supposedly have to live with them for another week. I was outraged. I took my money from them and moved to the private sector, where it turned out to be clean, polite, sweet and fun. Therefore, I do not recommend this kind of service to anyone! Don't fall for their politeness, they just hate tourists, they have a lot of pride and they don't want to work well, but naturally they want our money. ((
