The hotel fully meets the declared stars. The rooms are clean, the cleaning is proper, the breakfast is decent. Can be recommended for business trips. The only downside we encountered was poorly trained front desk staff. They seem to be responsive and try to please, but the requests had to be repeated 2-3 times in order to get an adequate answer.

Apparently, there were few appropriate trainings.
