Both of them really liked the hotel. For the weekend (Saturday-Sunday-Monday-Independence Day of Ukraine on Tuesday) we went to the sea, from Kyiv through Nikolaev. The navigator summed up at 4 o'clock in the morning to the hotel. We stayed in a "simple" room with a sloping roof, spend the night and start again tomorrow.

For the weekend (Saturday-Sunday-Monday-Independence Day of Ukraine on Tuesday) we went to the sea, from Kyiv through Nikolaev.
The navigator summed up at 4 o'clock in the morning to the hotel.
We stayed in a "simple" room with a sloping roof, spend the night and start again tomorrow.
The room turned out to be better than the 2-room suite by the sea : ))
It was nice that I immediately put the car in the paid parking lot for the night, although it was deep night. Of course, the parking lot is not at the hotel, it is right next to it, but I have heard a lot about the level of crime and it was calmer that way - 15 minutes and the car is guarded.
out of 300 UAH about breakfast in the room, I would estimate the hryvnia at 100. In the morning we ate heartily, next to some foreigner and two Nikolaev ladies. The best part is a bag of sandwiches and juices for the road! It was a pleasant shock, at breakfast we looked at the laptop how to get to Nikolaev-Zhelezny Port, and then this bag with the wishes of a happy journey... it's nice that in Ukraine the service is better than in Turkey in some hotels : ))
a little about the room: a good shower + washbasin, beautiful wallpapers, no smell of nicotine at all, a kitchenette included a refrigerator, ironing and a locker. we were going to a budget Black Sea resort, so free juice and mineral water were received with a bang.
the air conditioning worked and was hung "smartly" without pressure on the bed.
in the morning we were delighted with the view outside the window (center, fountain, greenery) and looked at the center of Nikolaev in a good mood.
to be honest, we will be back and now we will rent a better room.
the hotel is an example of how the attitude towards God towards the hostess is positively related to her business, but this is my personal opinion, see for yourself : ))
Now I am in Cherkassy, I live and work in Kyiv. one of the areas of activity is the automation of hotels on 1C. A pilgrim in Nikolaev is great, I’ll go and tell the owner of the 3shka friend how much it means for the “guests” the bags with provisions for the journey, 10 bucks and your regular “guest”!
the next day in the Iron Port, the hostess of a private hotel honestly answered us that breakfast for two in the room price is a rarity : )) although they paid the same 300 UAH / day for the room.
In general, I sincerely wish you good service, and the joy of travel.

I can't understand why this hotel was classified as 2*? This is not true!! ! Hotel 3 *, but pulls on all 4 *. Very cozy, especially building 1, but the rest of the buildings are also good. All rooms are in excellent repair, free WiFi, the staff is very friendly. I admire that there are such wonderful hotels in Ukraine for such a price.
