What can I say... My wife and I first time at the resort for treatment. To be honest, I was convinced to go by the stories of acquaintances that there is "wonderful and strong water. " Since I periodically experience problems with digestion, it was decided to go and personally test the effect of medicinal water. I will not find fault with this very water, because. I believe in its strength and expect miracles upon returning from the resort (especially since the water treatment is not over yet) : )).
Now about the resort itself. Morshyn is a small village 80 km. from Lvov. The central part is a pump room, where everyone drinks water 3 times a day, the central pedestrian street with a recreation center in the middle, Zh. D. railway station. It's boring in Morshyn, there are no entertainments, except for 2.3-x handeliki (concerts of local stars do not count). The sanatoriums that are everywhere here are depressing with a scoop (I went, looked, including canteens), besides, there are no places in them (! ), - workers mainly from western Ukraine rest on trade union vouchers. Most of these tourists. Everyone else can live in hotels and rent apartments. We live in the Troyanda Hotel in the very center of the central alley. The issue of location is extremely important - you need to run to the pump room and back three times a day, in addition, you need to go to the hospital many times a day. The hotel is 2 stars, but everything is normal, I recommend.
There is a balneological mud bath in Morshyn. It is one of a kind and everyone goes there for procedures, including residents of sanatoriums with their sanatorium books. This very hospital is the biggest disappointment. Wild, I would say unreal Sovdepiya. Depreciation of funds 130%. Terrible baths, couches like in a concentration camp, black curtains... In short, horrendous. And, believe me, I'm not exaggerating. There is a scheduled repair, the staff is generally polite, but... The first 7 days, carried away by the process of visiting simple procedures and sitting in lines, I still endured (fortunately, the Olympics were on TV), but by the end of the second week it became difficult.
Okay, enough of the lyrics, now the facts. Rent an apartment - about 120 UAH per day, though he himself was not there, acquaintances lived. Prices of sanatoriums - in the internet. Hotels: our 2-room 200 UAH, one-room -160. We got to the hotel by accident, someone canceled the reservation. In general, we went around 5 hotels, the places were far from everywhere. Nutrition. In Morshyn, the general fee is 50 - 55 UAH. per day per person in different canteens and cafes. We eat at the Kashtan restaurant 150 meters from the hotel. We do not die of hunger, the food is scarce, but fresh, especially since we treat stomachs here, so the diet is welcome. Yes, I almost forgot, water from the pump room is paid, 5 UAH. per day per person, served from devices using chip cards (! ). How much you buy, so much you drink. There is a second option: you buy a course for procedures in the hospital and water is already included there. Coursework is given for at least 12 days and costs 51 UAH/day. For this amount, the doctor prescribes procedures for you (their cost is in the price list). The cheapest and simplest ones are prescribed - baths, microclysters, electrophoresis, etc. Want something better - pay separately.
Let's summarize. For two people for accommodation, travel by car from Kyiv, meals, treatment, additional massages and acupuncture, tennis court (UAH 30.60 with a coach), gifts and souvenirs, an excursion to the mountains and a promenade to Lviv, etc. spent about 9000 UAH. I met an aunt in line, she said that in the winter season she goes to Karlovy Vary for 450 euros for 14 days and there is full of chocolate. For some reason I believe her. I hope the water in Morshyn really heals, otherwise the toad will suffocate me! : )))
