August, 2014.
Hello.
I'd like to share my impressions of the time spent in the PROLISOK sanatorium in the Volyn region, with. Gremyache.
What to say, what to say. Each state meets visitors at the border, in our case, the checkpoint of the sanatorium, where, at the first call “her YOU”, the guards must go to his booth and bow, after which he will write out YOU (note not YOU) a pass. Probably, not all guards are like that, I want to believe it.
We arrive at the administration, everything is fine, you are received like a peasant, without “having a good time in our sanatorium, thank you for choosing our sanatorium... ”.
What else, it turns out, you can stay in the reception hall only when you receive a residence permit and return it. The use of passwordless Wi-Fi in the reception hall is prohibited. And why? And therefore, it is forbidden. Is it written down somewhere? No, everything is prohibited. You can not stay in the lobby, you can interfere with the administrator. She has documents, money and other stuff, one gets the impression:
a) something illegal is going on here,
b) the administration does not know how to handle documents and, most importantly, does not want to know. So it was, and we do not need anything new, progressive, we have nothing to learn.
c) the director doesn’t care what attitude the staff has towards visitors, the director will show a master class “respect for visitors”, teach the word “what worries you, how can we help you”, but the name of the director is Kasarda Valentina Ivanovna, probably she is those “ Soviet times and is not going to give way to more progressive ones. And yet, 6 languages are listed on the official website - Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, Czech, German, English. The question is, what kind of investment do YOU expect?? ? Or do you not expect? So, so, there are people, what else is needed...
d) all of the above, I think so!
P. S. : business cards indicate - treatment of the nervous system, funny)
One more thing, the name of the sanatorium "mother and child" does not answer! There are children, but they don’t take care of children - an old topic, attitude, progress, an experienced psychologist! When will the SOVOK end????!!!!!
So what's so good about it?
There are also good things, a room (the air conditioner will not be superfluous until it is gone), forest, medicinal water, food - everything you need for a healthy stay.
What to change? Attitude! The Soviet Union ended, to drive the "scoop" with a "bad broom. "
And you need to start from yourself! There are normal, decent, polite, progressive people, you need to show what is normal and everything will be OK.
If someone is okay with disrespect for themselves, I'm not.
Thanks everyone.

I have rested here 2 times. I will say right away that the sanatorium has all the prerequisites in order to become one of the best in Morshyn. The area is magical, quiet, calm, around the forest, near the lake. I liked it after the first time. Not great, but quite good. Therefore, I came with my family for the second time.

I liked it after the first time. Not great, but quite good. Therefore, I came with my family for the second time...
At the entrance we were met by guys of sporty appearance. In Ukraine, they are now called titushki. You go into the building, and there lies on the sofa such a type from the 90s, like a seal on a rookery. It's boring for him to stick like that all day long, so he holds a laptop in his hands, powered by a light bulb holder in the ceiling. View - masterpiece, I'm not talking about fire safety.
After the appearance of the raiders, the food also deteriorated, the only thing to which there were no comments. The cottage cheese desserts were especially cool. Just a fairy tale. When I first tried it, I had the feeling that I was in a scene from the cartoon "Ratatouille". Who watched, he will understand. It would seem a simple cottage cheese dessert, but the cottage cheese is exactly the same as my grandmother did in childhood, a wave of memories.
The rest of the resort is typically soviet.
But the worst was at the end of our holiday. The water is gone. At all. Waterworks accident. Water was brought in the tank of a fire truck and cooked on this water. There was no water for sanitation at all. It is simply impossible to flush in the toilet and wash your hands. And this is in a children's sanatorium. Achtung! They promised us that everything would be restored, they did something, one day the water appeared, but then it disappeared again. In short, without waiting for 3 days, we left home. Health is more important than money.
I don’t know if the situation in the sanatorium has changed now, but the administration, together with the leadership of Morshyn, needs to take care of a guaranteed supply of water. Without this condition, the operation of a children's sanatorium is a crime.

No more foot in the sanatorium until the situation stabilizes. For those who are not in the know - there are now raiders. The food worsened, I sat in line to the doctor until one in the morning! The guys from the guards are clinging, even one tried to "remove" it. Not rest, but some experiences. The managers called me and warned me, and I didn’t listen in vain.

Morshyn. PROLISOK. Here we are at home. In general, I liked everything. I liked the food, staff, service, excursions and much more. Only one BUT. Did not like our attending physiotherapist. Yakovina Oleg Yaroslavovich I received it on the 7th floor in office No. 701. Not only does he illegibly speak and write that sometimes the staff on the first floor does not understand his handwriting, but also to my complaints about health, he answered: - Forget it! Who told you that! etc.

Not only does he illegibly speak and write that sometimes the staff on the first floor does not understand his handwriting, but also to my complaints about health, he answered: - Forget it! Who told you that! etc. And many (in queues to doctors, because you have time to talk to many) are dissatisfied with his statement of the question. A vivid example: one girl in position, and even with pancreatic problems and chronic cholecystitis, said the same thing and prescribed diet No. 15, instead of No. 5. And the difference is that #15 is fried. VERY PROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!! ! So I decided to write my indignation. And not only their own, not everyone just gets their hands on reviews. And once again I will repeat. In general, the resort is excellent! Who comes with children, there are rooms for games with educators. There are playgrounds with swings, a lake (you can swim) with an excellent beach. You can go for mushrooms. It is close to the center, but at the same time, just entering the territory of Prolisk, the air is cleaner. Well, there are many pluses.

It's my first time here and to be honest, I'm not particularly excited. A splendid Soviet legacy, which, unfortunately, has not found an owner (the state cannot be an effective owner), with a whole bunch of characteristic problems. The first day (of paid treatment! ) I stood in queues, first for payment, then for a doctor, leaving which you feel guilty for coming here.

On the second day, you begin to feel all the "charms" of the room in which you were settled: back pain from the "orthopedic" mattress of thirty years ago, distinct sounds coming from the common corridor, when you try to wash yourself, you understand that cold water pressure on the 7th floor can appear only if on the first six, all taps are closed. . .
Many thanks to the attendants and partly to the medical staff, who are trying in every possible way to smooth out the inconveniences that arise (and even the frank whims of individual guests). But it's time for the administration to seriously think about the current situation (the days of gratuitous "trade union" vouchers are over), and the attitude to rest for one's hard-earned money is different.

The sanatorium is good, and even very. Of course, we need to work on the interior. But we came there for treatment. I didn't worry about the children at all, then they are in the playroom, then in class, then in the library. The only thing that is sad for booking a room is to pay money in the pocket of one girl (thank you) as she says.

We have been going to this sanatorium since 2009 every year, this year we are going for the 5th time. There are pluses and minuses. The food is more than excellent (for a dietary) chefs a big hello. It is necessary to fantasize from table number 5. Great staff and a big thank you to them. Living conditions of course yes.

It is necessary to fantasize from table number 5. Great staff and a big thank you to them. Living conditions of course yes... We carry with us in the shower and a curtain and other accessories. Of course I really wanted - a little better beds, and a shower room. But the advantages of relaxing with children when everything is nearby, and the school, and the library, and the dining room, and the byuit, and the medical base, and children's discos, and films every year are the same (already nostalgia) and local groups come to the sanatorium, too, it is interesting, and the forest, and the lake, and BIG plus their own heating and turn it on when it's cool. We have been traveling with my son since we were 6 years old for 9 years and he wants to go to Morshyn, and specifically to Prolisok. If treated then here.

I had a rest this year in the sanatorium in August (I usually come in winter). I liked the treatment of food, nature, accommodation. Nature, the air is called whispers. She could not live a day in the sanatorium without pressure pills, during the rest period she took medication every four days. Food is super-everything according to diets but delicious, nothing fried, lots of fruit (every day peaches or nectarines, bananas, grapes and everything is fresher) for children at dinner extra fruit or juice.

I'm not a glutton, well, I hoped to lose weight on diets, nothing worked. Treatment at height. However, some procedures are paid. The rooms are clean, cleaning the skin in the morning, hot water around the clock. The biggest advantage of the sanatorium over others - all in one building (pump room, dining room, rooms, treatment rooms) transitions from this floor to another. One thing I didn't really like was the many children who are not being looked after by their parents.
Under the offices, in the living room (there is no such thing in the sleeping corridors) there is constant noise and shouting. No reaction to the remarks of medical workers. It is clear that this is not the fault of employees, but of ignorant parents. There was a great desire of mothers and grandmothers to put Mashenka, Nikitok, Denikov, Dashenko in the forehead so that they would come to their senses. I concluded that it is still better to come to the sanatorium not during the school holidays.

I went to Prolisok on the recommendations of doctors I know, who know everything about water treatment and which sanatorium is better. The main advantages: your own pump room in the same building where you live (very convenient, because it can often itch to the toilet after taking "active" water), in other sanatoriums, basically everyone goes to a common paid pump room in the city center.

The main advantages: your own pump room in the same building where you live (very convenient, because it can often itch to the toilet after taking "active" water), in other sanatoriums, basically everyone goes to a common paid pump room in the city center. Own medical and diagnostic base is well equipped and with excellent specialists (only one more sanatorium in Morshyn has a similar base). The conscientious and attentive attitude of all the staff (I, for example, from Moscow did not hide this, they politely switched from Ukrainian to Russian if I did not understand something). Food for slaughter is tasty and varied (everything is of course dietary). If you live in single junior suites, then there is a new renovation and all working plumbing. (I lived there with my wife). In other rooms, standard and deluxe full scoop (furniture, old plumbing, light cosmetic repairs). On floors 5 and 6 free access to the Internet via WI FI. There is a huge green area around, well-groomed with playgrounds for children and footpaths (no one else in Morshyn has such a territory). Right behind the fence there is a huge forest lake where you can ride a catamaran, sunbathe and swim. General advice: when distributing, ask the doctor Mysiv, I think she is the head of the department. When prescribing procedures, first find out all that are in the sanatorium, and then ask your doctor to prescribe them at the first appointment. For example, coniferous baths are prescribed for everyone, and pearl baths are even better (those who don’t know fly by). Ozekerite applications, massage, etc. There are procedures that must be requested separately. The most powerful effect of the treatment is washing the intestines with water from the source 3 times during the course of treatment. Directly from the sanatorium they organize a bunch of excursions around the surroundings. Edelweiss was recommended to me and I was not disappointed. I advise you to visit Lviv, a sightseeing tour of the Carpathians, the Dorbush rocks. The rest is less interesting. I went with my wife to Truskavets - I didn’t like it, it looks like a commercial machine for withdrawing money from vacationers. Be sure to take Morshyn Ropa from Morshyn with you, take it at the factory (taxi drivers will take you there) everything that is sold in the city is a fake !! ! The only negative is that you first need to pay the bill at the bank on the main street and then go to pick up the ropa at the factory. Now the truth about the Morshyn Ropa is the essence of a simple deposit! located near the city of Morshyn, there is its only manufacturer and distributor, which delivers it to all sanatoriums and pump rooms. Natural brine with a very high mineralization is 160 g, and you need to drink about 7 g. Everyone takes this concentrate in a liter bottle with them and drinks it at home - it is no different from the water of a sanatorium !! ! I took with me for 3 years in advance this is only 6 liter bottles. We tested all the cafes and restaurants of Morshyn - I really liked it only in Kozachok - a hut near Prolisk - a little expensive but of high quality. Although the sanatorium is for children, adults have been treated there for a long time. My friends settled in the Marble Palace sanatorium - they fled from there on the third day, comparing it with Prolisk. In general, the sanatorium helped me a lot to gain strength and overcome my health deviations. Ho

All recreation conditions are created for children: playrooms, educators, classrooms, library, cinema. The biggest advantage of the sanatorium "Snowdrop" is the complexity, ie everything in place, pump room, dining room, procedures, rooms. The nature around is just incredibly beautiful, lake, forest. There is a desire to come many times! ! ! ! !
