Rested on a ticket to social security (mother and child). We paid extra vouchers for a 2-room standard about 1400 UAH, got a cold corner room on the 5th floor with a non-working elevator. The decor in the room is rather shabby and tasteless. The bathroom is done decently, but huge and absolutely not heated. However, the heater was given out.
There were few procedures, but our main goal was water.
As for the staff. Nurses and nurses are quite responsive. The rooms are cleaned, the bed is changed.

Be prepared for the fact that everything that happens to you on the territory of the sanatorium will be your own fault. We got into an unpleasant incident with an attack on an 11-year-old child of local teenagers at 10 am near the building. They complained to the chief medical officer, but they themselves were to blame. We contacted the police, who never came and did not call back. The teenagers' behavior was attributed to local Christmas customs. The security of the sanatorium is heated in the warmest place - in the administrative building.
Food - you can survive, but monotonous. Definitely, do not pay extra for improved nutrition, it is practically no different. For this money, improve it yourself at a local store.
I would like to warn those who are going to donate blood in the medical diagnostic center. I had to ask the lab assistants to change gloves. They won't do it without your reminder. After several patients, the hands of laboratory assistants become like a butcher's blood and continue to take blood, at best they wipe their gloves with a towel.
The sauna and phytobarrel in the neighboring sanatorium "Marmur Palace" brightened up the leisure very much. In general, if you are going to go at your own expense, pay attention to this resort.
Liked the tours. The travel agency doesn't matter. We used Lvivtourist, we are satisfied. I was disappointed only in the excursion to Beregovoye to the thermal spring. If you are squeamish, then it is better not to go there.
In general, a ticket for social insurance is rarely issued, you can relax in such conditions, but take another bag of money to brighten up what you will be provided with. At your own expense, you can choose something more decent for this money.
