I will write the truth, because I myself love her in any form! We were greeted warmly. Rest went well. BUT!! ! MEDICAL STAFF - Marya Ivanovna, really a man from God! Whatever they write about her, everything was not true. I read a lot of reviews online before going though. She took and treated us all the time, how much we arrived there, like a mother! Many thanks to her for this. It's just that our people are used to the fact that when going to the doctor, the doctor must find 1000 sores in them and prescribe the same number of pills and injections. And then this doctor is reliable and correct in their opinion. And Marya Ivanovna is a person with people's abilities. Just smart. Long life to her!! ! Girls in water procedures and in the massage parlor are also smart. Thank you too. Very caring and cheerful. FOOD - they are fed there for slaughter! Thanks to the waiters and cooks, well done! . The food is varied, the menu changed every day, new, of course, not golden chicken with mayonnaise, etc. But an abundance of vegetable stew. All in all, a healthy diet. ADMINISTRATION - courteous girls, thanks to them too! But, the only one of them spoiled our mood, by the fact that at our request to show a 3-room apartment - at first she said that they were cleaning there (given that the building is 3-storey and cleaned there at the same time in three rooms, not convincing. And at that time they were all empty), and on the second time of our request - she answered that she was once busy! After this, I didn’t want to watch anything. The friendly guard helped carry the luggage, opened the doors. It was nice! CLEANING WOMAN - it's just fear !! ! CLEANING WOMAN - if you do not like your job, STAY OUT, do not spoil the mood and opinion of the RAINBOW boarding house for vacationers! The next day after our arrival, a team armed with vacuum cleaners knocked and did not wait until we open the door, broke in with the question "when to clean up"? Sorry, but we still didn’t have time to litter !!! ! And in general, in every room there is a sign with a double-sided inscription "do not disturb" - "clean up" And I have the right to hang it out whenever I want, even in the evening and they We MUST get out! At first we thought it was their ghost! BUT!! ! There was no end to our indignation. Of course, they burst in with the same question "when to clean up? " every day, we, in accordance with this, began to hang a sign from 9 to 12.00 "do not disturb" (because in the morning we had procedures after which we wanted to rest and at 12 we went out with the child for a walk) But they also had to quickly clean up and slip home, since the sanatorium at this time of the year is not so crowded with vacationers like in the season! Once again we went outside at 12 o'clock and hung up the "clean" sign, when we returned our sign on the door was turned over to the other side, with the inscription "do not disturb". And of course, no one cleaned the room !! ! THIS IS THIS WAY THE TEAM OF WOMEN CLEANING WOMAN REVENGE THE VACATION AT THE RAINBOW BOARDING HOUSE! We turned to the administrator, to which she replied that the sign did not hang like that, although she saw when we went for a walk! and did not expect to hear! Nevertheless, they removed it from us. BUT!! ! The next morning, a cleaning lady bursts in with the same question.... !!!! We were in complete shock!!! And if at that moment we were naked or something else!!! Just a mockery!!! And finally, three days before our departure, they changed our bed. The sheet that they PUSHED (no other words can be found), they haven’t been laid in second-class carriages for a long time !! ! It was yellow - dirty - faded in color and definitely not the right size for a double bed! The bed is the face of any establishment! Please, special attention of the Owner, Elite boarding house "Raduzhny" to control these moments and change or conduct a training conversation with the cleaning staff!
