I chose this hotel for a business trip in March 2020, after quarantine began and the trip was cancelled. The administration returned the money to me for the deposit, at the beginning of 2021 I extended it and asked if I could book a date for June 27, I was told to dial closer to the date and that everything was fine.
On May 30, I dial and try to book this date from a deposit and then the hotel says that they have a new rule according to which dates from June 24 to June 28 cannot be booked for less than 3 days. This is the only important date for me, despite the fact that I previously specified. The administration refused to make at least some concessions (to return the deposit in money or still allow me to book as it was originally agreed). From my side, it all looked not very clean, the problems showed up at the very last moment. I give this hotel 1, for such an attitude of the administration towards customers and gentle lines to make contact.
