I chose this hotel for a business trip in March 2020, after quarantine began and the trip was cancelled. The administration returned the money to me for the deposit, at the beginning of 2021 I extended it and asked if I could book a date for June 27, I was told to dial closer to the date and that everything was fine.
On May 30, I dial and try to book this date from a deposit and then the hotel says that they have a new rule according to which dates from June 24 to June 28 cannot be booked for less than 3 days. This is the only important date for me, despite the fact that I previously specified. The administration refused to make at least some concessions (to return the deposit in money or still allow me to book as it was originally agreed). From my side, it all looked not very clean, the problems showed up at the very last moment. I give this hotel 1, for such an attitude of the administration towards customers and gentle lines to make contact. Please note that such cases may occur by contacting the administration before planning your visit to this hotel.

The hotel is infested with bedbugs in the rooms. We were settled in room 404, where during the day it was clean in appearance and only at night bedbugs were found in the beds!!! ! Lots of bedbugs. In the 21st century, in the center of Lviv, in the Jam Hotel on Hnatiuk, bed bugs breed safely. There are no sanitary standards.

Then remove only through disinfection services.

Hotel "Jam" 3* belongs to the network of hotels "Jem" in Lviv. It is located at 6 Akademika Hnatyuk St. Lviv and is located in the very center of Lviv. You can walk to the Opera House and the Town Hall in just 5-10 minutes. The hotel was first of all liked by the interior. As for a 3 * very good. The room was cleaned every day.

The room was cleaned every day. Change of towels every day. Removed quality. There were no cleaning requirements. The cleanliness of the room is impeccable.
Breakfasts were held in the restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel. The choice is sufficient. Every day from the evening they gave out a leaflet, where we noted what we would like for breakfast, and in the morning, when we went down to the restaurant and told the room number, they brought us our order.
The location of the hotel is excellent, in the central part of Lviv. The main attractions of the city are within easy reach. One of the disadvantages of the hotel is the lack of parking for cars,
