Nice and cozy hotel located in the heart of the city. no need to go anywhere on excursions, left the hotel and immediately everything is nearby. The staff are very friendly and respond quickly to everything. the room is clean and fresh. There are good restaurants. There is also a terrace in the building. Outdoor terrace (very romantic).

One minus is that there is no parking, but the car was parked nearby in the center.

I liked everything in the hotel: kind staff, very nice room with a terrace, which had a wonderfully decorated Christmas tree, excellent breakfasts. I can also add good soundproofing, which is not often found. I recommend the hotel as a very pleasant place to stay in all respects.

Services of a vip room, a conference room, a children's room for families with children, a Roman steam room, a spa, a beauty salon, etc. In addition, excursion tours to historical places of Lviv and the region are organized from the hotel.

Polite staff, always honestly tried to help me if needed. I was in Lviv with several colleagues who stayed in another hotel - as a result, this hotel turned out to be better and cheaper. True, the hotel does not have an elevator, swimming pool and fitness center.

Restaurant Valentino, I think one of the best in Lviv. It refers to the Swiss Hotel. It was very convenient for us, as we did not have to look for quality food anywhere in the city. The hotel is in a convenient location, in the very center, but on a quiet street. The design of the hotel is original and we really liked the antique decor elements.

The rooms are tastefully furnished, the soundproofing is super, the bathroom, the cleaning is good, the restaurant....this is a separate issue! Excellent, unearthly, cozy, everything is delicious, the staff is super-super. The breakfast buffet is 5 star. The hotel staff will help you in every way they can.
