I liked everything, cleanliness, food, location, but the room is a bit small. But this is due to the fact that the old building. But in any case, I will still stop here, because there is something to compare with.

We wanted to relax at the VIP level. The information on the website, the rating of the booking and the exterior of the hotel promised such a level. Booked a standard room with one bed for 2 months. In the note, they deliberately wrote about the need for parking, because they saw that the parking lot near the hotel is very small.

We wanted to relax at the VIP level. The information on the website, the rating of the booking and the exterior of the hotel promised such a level.
Booked a standard room with one bed for 2 months. In the note, they deliberately wrote about the need for parking, because they saw that the parking lot near the hotel is very small.
We arrived in Lviv at 20:00. Before that, the administrator called us twice: he was worried about our absence and said that they were ready to receive us and everything was waiting. When we arrived, there was nowhere to park. Only on the roadway. Upon check-in, we were informed that on the last eighth day of our stay, we would need to move to another room due to some renovation.
The room turned out to be very cramped (room number 31 !!! ), but it’s their own fault - they didn’t check the footage. After a couple of hours, we smelled sewage. Or rather, not just a smell - a stench. If you have been to a hydrogen sulfide resort (Pyatigorsk, for example), then you understand what kind of smell we are talking about. We called the reception and the girl said that this is normal in Lviv. (Earlier we were in Lviv and lived in a simpler hotel - it didn’t stink). I had to reconcile. Relocating during the May holidays is unrealistic. Further briefly: breakfast is poor for a boutique hotel, there was not enough food for the guests, instant coffee, yogurt was on May 1-3, then disappeared until the end of the stay, breakfast service is practically absent, I will separately note the dark-haired and black-eyed waitress of the restaurant - unfriendly (to guys no questions).
room service - they clean it cleanly, save on hygiene items, tea and coffee in the room are available upon check-in, then they are not replenished. White towels are gray and sometimes have stains (washing quality is not good). After the second three days of our stay, they did not clean the room and did not clean it until departure. The towels weren't changed either. The towel dryer was hot for the first three days. Then the heating was turned off. To my complaint about this, the administrator replied that this was due to the central heating of Lviv (that is, on May 1-3, there was still a heating season in Lviv and only for San Feder towel warmers).
The room is not soundproofed from the corridor - you can hear the noise on the stairs and in the restaurant. During our stay in the restaurant, 3 events took place in the restaurant (2 weddings and one birthday). We were backstage guests in the room.
Priority in parking and service is given to restaurant guests (apparently these are respected people in the city).
I would be ready to forgive everything if we were not deceived and were sincerely, and not formally, attentive. But in all likelihood - this is the policy of the institution's management - to save on everything you can. At the same time, the staff has to smile sweetly, come up with excuses, and everything remains as it is from year to year (today I read the reviews on booking in detail - people write about all the minuses described, and the staff comments: "Thank you for the feedback, we will take into account all the comments, we will try to fix . ")
