I was on a business trip, I will quote a previous review here: breakfast, which was declared as included in the room rate, was included in the bill separately, at 70 (!!! ) hryvnia per person (! ) And a tourist tax, although ANYWHERE upon presentation of a business trip. fee is not charged. At the same time, no one warned about the additional payment in advance, they simply put it before the fact during the eviction. To my question, why did they write out and turn on the tour. the collection manager said, "we always do that"! Simply awesome!
For 3 stars, breakfast should have been a buffet (I travel often, I have the opportunity to compare), instead
they took out a couple of slices of sausage and cheese, while on one shift they took out 5 pieces of cheese and sausage, on the other 3 (! ), on one shift they offered an omelet or sausages or pancakes or porridge for hot, on the other only omelet or sausages. To the question how can this be? in fact, breakfast should be standard and not change from day to day, they shrugged my shoulders and, in view of the exception (! ) They brought porridge, they said they wouldn’t give pancakes, just like that: they won’t give it all !! ! And sausages with cheese are no longer provided - such a feeling, then for my 70 UAH (which, by the way, you can have lunch quite normally), a couple of employees of this "hotel" had breakfast.

There is no book of complaints anywhere, no phone number of the manager NOTHING - they settled perfectly!
SUMMARY: For that kind of money you can find a place more loyal to people and closer to the center.
