I was on a business trip to this hotel. for 6 days of staying there, the floors in the room were never washed, bedding and towels were not changed! Soap and shower gels were never provided! despite the fact that it was a deluxe room! the first days they cleaned up the garbage, after the administration apparently decided that I didn’t need it, anyway, I’ll leave in three days! black curtains the room itself is not bad, but the level of service is at zero,
you are lucky if you come from abroad - they will dance in front of you, but if you, like me, come from just another city, will they serve you in the restaurant as if they were doing you a favor? at the same time, they can forget about you and run to foreigners at other tables.
breakfasts are weak.
I was not satisfied at all and would not recommend to others. although if the staff will reconsider the attitude towards the guests, then everything will be fine.
