We drove late in the evening, it so happened that we could not rent an apartment due to an event taking place in the city. Calling this hotel, we found out that there are rooms of different classes, the most expensive (after renovation) - 699 hryvnia. We also looked at other options on the spot - the feeling that we got into a scoop (old furniture, musty smell). We decided to take the more expensive one, the room looked good. But then the strangeness began. The final price increased to 720 hryvnia (as it turned out, taxes, but for some reason we were not warned about this, we found out after receiving a check). For some reason, they had nowhere to eat (not only dinner, but also breakfast! ). Even though there was a breakfast menu at the front desk! To our surprise, they answered that breakfast is possible only for groups! There was also an announcement that smoking is allowed only in a certain room on the 7th floor, all balconies are closed. However, when we looked at the room on the 5th floor, the whole corridor stank of cigarette smoke from the open balcony. To our question - a silent smile. Very professional! Documents were drawn up at 23.10. And then they made us happy, saying that at 23.00 they turn off hot water! T. e. people traveling from afar, tired, having paid a rather large amount (and for this amount we rented a good cottage in a shatsk with all amenities! ) - must endure such inconveniences. This was the last straw and we took the money, went to look for a more comfortable place, and found it, fortunately, quite quickly, for less money and with better conditions. It was a pity that the time was wasted. Disgusting attitude of the staff.
