Плохое обслуживание Bad service

I want to write a review..... we were a family in July. We went for 10 days. During the days of stay, none of the hosts asked about the need to change bed linen. For 10 days the rooms were not cleaned..... there was no hair dryer in the bathroom! Sorry, but for such a cost of 1100 UAH per day, a hair dryer must be! The main sadness lies in saving the owners of water, why do they block it at night! The kitchen on the street is very sad.....go there with your matches.... one stove for everyone, without repairs and amenities.
Separately, I want to express my attitude towards the owners. Innochka, a bee and a hard worker....obviously trying with all her might. But her husband, Eugene, is a completely different character. Unpleasant in communication.
The base itself and the rooms are superb... green and beautiful....but the service is not at the cost requested by the owners!
