The hotel was chosen based on the analysis of "peace - comfort - neatness and proximity to the sea and estuary. " In my opinion, this is the best in terms of these parameters - which are offered in Lebedevka. The hotel is not on the central alley, which allows you to not see crowds and not hear loud evening music from bars and discos.
The hotel liked everything - the area (quite green with decorative plantings), there is a separate pavilion "kitchen corner" where you can cook (stand two gas stoves of 4 leather camphor) there is a microwave. Dishes are available on request (however I would advise to bring a frying pan, cutlery). There are also three gazebos where there is always shade and you can sit in the company in the evening or during the day. There is unsteady tennis, for children - a swing and a place to play in the sandbox. Parking spaces for cars.
Considering the rest of the accommodation offers, I was "burdened" by crowds of people on the territory, houses or rooms nearby and noisy - there is no such thing here. The hotel is quite clean and tidy.

Numbers. The hotel is built of wood to keep the heat. We lived in a room without air conditioning and we did not need it - because during the day and in the evening it was pleasantly cool. The room has a refrigerator and kettle, TV. The hairdryer is available on request. I liked that next to each room there is a table and chairs where you can sit in the evening and drink delicious wine (sold by locals, such as Saperavi 50 UAH / liter). There is a point with the number of sockets - there were two in our room, so if you will be working - I recommend taking the transfer or ask the owners in advance.
The rooms are quite neat, the bedding and towels are new. The water was constant (hot and cold).
Service. Correct owners, on request promptly help.
In a day locals come to the hotel offering dairy products (I highly recommend, everything is home-made and delicious - the hotel owners will tell you the details).
We were with my mother (65 years old) so if you want a quiet holiday, within walking distance to the estuary and the sea - I recommend this location.
One point - Lebedivka itself has problems with 3G Internet, you need a good connection - starting from the center of the village go to the left, towards the forest - there is a tower and you can work near a cafe nearby. Road - from Zatoka to Lebedivka there is 30 km of bad road, be prepared for pits.
I recommend and come back here again!
PS It is important to understand that this is Ukraine and the 5-star service is much more expensive, so I repeat - here is a very good value for money.
