I chose the location - a quiet place, the center. In fact, it turned out: the hotel is next to some workshop and an unfinished building, noisy in the mornings. We took a business class room. The old floors, covered with worn-out carpet, shake when walking so that all the furniture in the room bounces (my weight is not 100 kg, but 56). The same is happening in the corridor - when someone walks past your room, you will definitely hear it. It was only lucky that besides us, only 2 more rooms were occupied in the hotel, and they didn’t walk past so often. Of the pluses - hot water, stable and high-speed Wi fi, delicious and fresh breakfast, polite and helpful staff at the reception. Conclusion - next time I'll try to stay at Reikars.
