This despite the fact that we had one-year-old children with us, who all this time had to somehow entertain and feed on the go.
I was also surprised that at a fairly decent price, you still have to pay for a number of entertainments, for example, like playing nast. tennis or even more amazing, present. football. And this despite the fact that there is no animation, as such, in general. The truth is big + that there is a children's animator. Another trick is the delivery of the order to the room or to another place. So, they asked for the kids to cook cards. mashed potatoes and asked when to pick up. We were politely answered that they would bring it themselves (because for children) in 10-15 minutes, but in the end they brought it in 30-40 minutes and charged 30 UAH for this service (it was necessary to walk 15 meters). But the service in the restaurant is this is something in general: orders are confused, they appoint one time, they bring it much later. Or they don’t bring it at all - they ordered syrniki for the child, he waited forty minutes, no one said anything, but it turned out that the cottage cheese was over.....
