The girls at the reception are very attentive, all our requests were fulfilled unconditionally and did not keep us waiting, very polite and friendly. The room was cleaned every day, everything was very clean and comfortable. The territory is very beautiful and, what was important for us, calm. Everything in the restaurant was delicious, the waiters were friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Sergey (manager) who was always happy to help, solve any issue. We are grateful to you! We wish you good luck and prosperity! !

The staff is a well-coordinated team, the attitude towards guests is respectful, the rooms are cleaned every day !!! , the bed is changed every three days! It was not the first time with my family in "Prilesnoy", but this time the rest went with a bang! The hotel is beautiful, the design has remained the same, but a huge second building is being completed. The room is clean, the territory is simply divine, quiet, calm, good nature. They built a new pool on the street, and a children's pool, very convenient.

Separately, I want to write about the restaurant thanks to the huge manager of the restaurant Julia, not only did she meet us perfectly, I was also surprised by the good nature and individual approach. Her daughter is allergic to some food, so Yulia developed a special children's menu for her daughter, according to which she ate all the holidays. Thank you Julia! The area is small but very well maintained. I constantly saw someone either trimming bushes or watering flowers. We stayed in a single room on the second floor. For a family of three, the room is more than spacious, by the time we arrived there was already a playpen for my daughter and some other additional items that I had requested in advance. Special thanks to the manager Katya for the excellent attitude and flexible approach to absolutely all our requests. She even sent me a scanned menu of the restaurant (breakfasts, lunches, dinners), as I was worried if my wife, 4 months pregnant, would be able to eat it. It turned out that he can, and how! The restaurant seemed a little monotonous for 2 weeks, but everything was fresh, only hot-hot. For dinner, we chose ourselves from the menu - I recommend royal trout, khachapuri, devilish pizza to everyone, I won’t list further - there have never been mistakes in ordering dishes. The service is excellent, they will bring us a high chair, then they will cool the soup for the child, then they will wash the fallen bottle with a nipple.
There was an atmosphere of goodwill throughout. The manager, Igor Yuryevich, is a person who is certainly in his place, and who organized the reception and our stay in Prilesnoy is simply excellent and impeccable, while we first saw him in Prilesnoy! Thank you very much!

How tired we were at home every day to clean up crumbs, clothes, scattered toys after the child - we rested so much here, as the staff did everything for us. The heat below 40 degrees didn’t weigh us down much - air conditioners everywhere, also saved the pool with access to fresh air (deck), where we warmed our daughter who had bought up)))
In general, I got the impression of a very well-thought-out, good and guarded boarding house for mothers with children, without drunken gopniks and local “boys”. Next time I’ll leave my wife and child there myself, I’ll leave for work after the weekend. So many of whom we met there, and rested.

Another trick is the delivery of the order to the room or to another place. So, they asked for the kids to cook cards. mashed potatoes and asked when to pick up. We were politely answered that they would bring it themselves (because for children) in 10-15 minutes, but in the end they brought it in 30-40 minutes and charged 30 UAH for this service (it was necessary to walk 15 meters). A wedding for our couple is a purely intimate event in our lives, so when choosing a venue for the celebration, we chose this institution. Away from the hustle and bustle, great views, helpful staff. The ceremony was outdoors, they resorted to the help of the conference hall, the restaurant is conveniently located, but we spent the first wedding night in a room decorated with flowers, rose petals and a large number of candles.
