I checked into the hotel at 4 am on a Sunday. There is no hot water in the room. It is necessary to drain the water for at least 10 minutes so that it goes warm. A lot of broken things - the door handles are torn off, the sink in the bathroom is clogged, the TV remote does not work (you need to stand on a chair to turn down the volume or change the channel). At 11 am I was awakened by music blaring on the first floor. The whole hotel hears it. After a call to the reception, it turned out that the church in Christ will hold its services until 17 pm. When booking and settling, no one said a word about this. Hairdryer, disposable slippers, bathrobe, elementary sanitary kit - toothbrush, no soap. The closet is missing. The room is terribly small. The carpet on the floor is dirty, the bedspread is stained. On the street -2 - the entrance to the hotel is not cleared. Ice up to 2-3 cm. Breakfast is very poor. The receptionist does not know how to communicate with guests - she still needs to work on her vocabulary and tone.
