Room cleaning is disgusting, half of the lights do not work (impossible to read), the room is dog cold: despite the fact that when I checked in, I drew the administrator’s attention to the fact that it was cold in the room, and she promised to increase the heating temperature (they don’t have a heater) but instead they turned off the heating altogether at night! At 11 am I was awakened by music blaring on the first floor. The whole hotel hears it. After a call to the reception, it turned out that the church in Christ will hold its services until 17 pm. When booking and settling, no one said a word about this. Hairdryer, disposable slippers, bathrobe, elementary sanitary kit - toothbrush, no soap. The closet is missing. The room is terribly small. The carpet on the floor is dirty, the bedspread is stained. On the street -2 - the entrance to the hotel is not cleared. Ice up to 2-3 cm. Breakfast is very poor. The receptionist does not know how to communicate with guests - she still needs to work on her vocabulary and tone.

In the morning I asked for a book of complaints and she was grinning!! ! gave me an unlaced notebook, which they slip to disgruntled visitors. I understood this and began to demand a real book of complaints. Then they gave me another one, but that one ended up recording in 2011. As a result, I wrote a complaint, but I understand that no one except the grinning administrator will see her. Too bad the owner is not interested in his staff. The attitude of the administrator was boorish and offensive, which indicates permissiveness born of connivance.
