I stayed in this hotel, so I want to share my personal experience. In fact, everything is not as scary as described in the reviews below. Yes, it is clear that the building remained old from the children's camp, but the rooms are in good repair. At least we lived in a room with a renovation this year. Of course, more work needs to be done on the territory. But it is clear that the idea is there. The rooms here are of an average price category, we were in the bay there for such a cost only a place in a closet with a shared toilet. The room itself is very spacious, with air conditioning, TV and refrigerator. The only remark is that it periodically stank of sewerage, but I noticed that this is the norm for Koblevo, I often visited here and stayed in different hotels. And I heard about Aktea, and I heard that large-scale changes are coming, and therefore I ventured to come. The only thing that I can attribute both to a plus and a minus is the location. On the one hand, getting there is very inconvenient. But on the other hand, you don't feel like you're in an anthill. There are many places, the beach is free, unlike the center. From myself, I advise this hotel to those who want to take a break from the city noise and dirt.
