We have a rest in this hotel at the moment, there are many minuses. For the first time we are resting in Ukraine, where we had to pay for parking (but these are trifles), the rooms are cozy, but not quite clean, we went and bought a rag for the floor and clean it ourselves, because with a child and sand in the room decently, when the dust stuck to the feet(the room was not cleaned), the maid seemed friendly at first, but when she asked for a roll of paper the next day, she said very nervously, “What right now, can’t you see I’m busy? ! Two minutes later she brought it in and put the roll on the floor !!!! There is no bedspread in the room, if you are wearing outerwear, you won’t sit down, there is only one chair for two, when you asked the maid for a second one, she said that she doesn’t do this and you need to go to the administration, but in general it’s no longer allowed !! ! Towels are clean, there is a refrigerator, but small, you can’t put a lot of things in. The beach is generally good, the restaurant on the beach with cosmo prices by Kiev standards !! ! There is a dining room, the food is so-so. , despite the fact that the prices for rooms are 800-900 UAH. and higher. . . not so budget. In general, there is something to work on, after all, the staff creates an atmosphere of relaxation, and they must work in such a way that they would like to come again.
