In fact - small rooms, meager bathroom with a toilet, there were no chairs on the balcony (the website indicates that each room has wicker furniture on the balcony) until they asked. On the balcony there is a disgusting coating of film or vinyl in a "chessboard"; it has turned yellow and deformed, not attractive and sticky. But cleaning every day, the room is very clean. But the shower is broken, you have to dodge so as not to flood the entire bathroom with water. There is no clothes dryer, but it looks like we were just lucky, all the other rooms have it. The restaurant is delicious : ) Breakfast is good. The prices are a bit pricey, but tolerable.
Paid parking in another hotel - 100 UAH, it finishes. A room in the season costs 1600 UAH, for this money I would like to get at least free parking.
