ATTENTION!!! ! Let's start with the negatives!
1. Upon arrival, they charge a guarantee payment (NO DOCUMENTS ON THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE GUARANTEED PAYMENT ARE ISSUED)! When leaving, they find a million reasons not to return it or return it as little as possible! In our situation, they found fault with the towel, issued an Act on damages to the Orbita base (allegedly we tore it) for 250 UAH. and returned only the difference!! ! This is for an old towel 250 UAH. !!! ! Of course, we did not agree, we started arguing, not finding common ground, we called the task force, since we consider it illegal to deduct UAH 250 from us. (terrible boorish!!! ) didn’t let the task force into the territory of the base!!!! , arguing her act that the base is private property, she was rude to us, threw the difference and the Act of damages. 2. Another huge note about cleaning…. We lived in room 2/4. Number in the web, glass burst, cleaning 1 time in 3 days and then you have to beg...
