However, on 5.09 the water park was closed, WITHOUT WARNING and refunds, later the umbrellas were removed from the beach, the sunbeds had to be asked to be issued. They also closed the restaurant, began to clean everything, preparing for the winter. They even began to save on the lighting of the territory, despite the fact that they still have guests. Some began to leave. At the same time, the money was returned to the neighbors for 2 days of stay, which they did not use, and we were told that this was not provided for and there was no money. They also take a deposit in the amount of the cost of the room, and experienced people said that when leaving, they try in every possible way not to return this money.
And in general, after talking with the staff, I got the impression that they were not interested in anything other than their own interests. They communicate with each other with obscenities and curses (there was a child in the meter). In order to speak normally with a client, it seems that they are making an effort on themselves. In the room, the sharp corners of the bed kept hitting and bruising, the air conditioner started leaking and no one could fix it. With a small child, there is no infrastructure, there are no steps, no ramps throughout the territory. There is a jacuzzi in the room, but it takes a long time to fill it and the boiler is only enough for half the volume of warm water. To the question "how is the sea? " the administrator and the waiter answered that I don’t know, because I work all the time, but at the same time they don’t even know what is included in some of the menu dishes. The windows of the rooms are sealed with newspapers and other rubbish for the winter, despite the fact that a lot of money has been invested in the database, this all just introduces a complete misunderstanding or I don’t even know how to put it and where they found such stupid management. Maybe in the season everything is fine here, since the competition is not great and people turn a blind eye to many things, but after walking along the coast, they found many good places and cheaper.
