On August 28, together with my daughter, I checked into this hotel, a junior suite. It so happened that I booked it via the Internet for two dates: first from 2.08 to 0.09, and then I decided to extend my vacation for another day and did not change the previous reservation, but added another one from 0.09 to 0.09. We arrived to the hotel early, until 12. At the reception, the girl looked at our reservation and said that they have only one until 0.09, but they have free places and we can check in until 0.09. Thanks to the Internet, I knew the approximate equipment of our junior suite. When we entered the room, it was clean, two towels were on the bed, as promised, there was air conditioning, a TV, two incomprehensible glasses on the same incomprehensible plate-dish, a refrigerator. A very well-worn bed sheet, with a small worn hole and two blankets in the closet. We did not ask for toilet paper, because we had our own. About the plumbing, I can say that it is very old and dirty, but everything worked properly, the water was without interruption, with good pressure and hot. fine sand clings after the beach and leaves its train in the room, although in the courtyard of the hotel there is an opportunity to wash your feet. After cleaning, we also got a towel for our feet. And now why I described all this in detail. On the day of departure (September 4) until 12, my daughter and I, having folded our suitcases, went to rent a room. We were asked to wait a little while the maid checked it. My daughter and I sat on the sofa in the hall, five minutes later my peaceful state after the vacation was violated: we were accused of stealing two small face towels. Demanding to pay each 150 gr apiece. I tried to prove that they were not there in the first place. And no one told me about the complete set of the room with 5 (five) towels, and this information is not registered anywhere. But I heard only one answer to all my questions: "And the maid Valya said that she put everything! " I reminded about Thursday, about cleaning the room, that only after it we got a towel for our feet, shook all the suitcases in front of the reception. Then they told me: "So you lost him! " Lost? To the sea 3 minutes walk. It remains only to establish communication and attitude towards the residents. To top it off, I received a letter from booking that the hotel had not confirmed my arrival.
