Many thanks to the administration and hotel staff for a surprisingly spoiled vacation for me and my child!
We sunbathed on the beach de la vita, which is cleaned every morning with special equipment. Rent a sunbed and umbrella $1.
Thanks to the owner of the cottage for a great stay. Keep it up! Just don't raise prices.
The hotel itself looks refreshed. The room is clean, brand new linens and towels. The suite has two plasma TVs, air conditioning, hairdryer and kettle. Chairs appeared on the balcony. Instead of a key - a card. Wi-Fi - flies!
Very pleased with the breakfasts. The old dining room is being renovated, and now guests are fed in a cafe right on the beach. Walk from the hotel a couple of minutes. We had breakfast - and instantly in the sea! Breakfast overlooking the sea is super, even in Koblevo. The cafe is still new, modern design, many colors. Excellent menu, the week has never been repeated with dishes, healthy, tasty and beautifully decorated. Guests go to breakfast with special flyers. For fans of coffee, a coffee machine was installed in the lobby of the hotel.
What is sorely lacking in the room is a table, at least a coffee table. We have adapted a bedside table under the table. Our neighbors went further - they pulled the unfortunate bedside table onto the balcony for evening gatherings. A couple of days in the rain - and there is no bedside table...
The uncomfortable garden-balcony chairs in the deluxe rooms instead of armchairs are depressing. A meager set of dishes - three cups, that's all. I understand that everything comes with time, but this situation is not the first year, and for some reason, these small aspects of hotel comfort have been missed so far. Although it is pleasant to stay in the hotel - it is cool in the room in the heat, they are constantly cleaned and washed, at night there are no discos yelling around.
The question of eviction from the hotel was rigidly raised. At the reception there is a notice: check-out at 12.00. Departure with a delay of 30 minutes - payment 100 UAH. Departure later - payment of 0.5 days. The announcement is public, open, you can't argue. A group of Belarusians with children, suitcases and bags occupied the hall waiting for their bus. Their departure was at 4:00 pm. There were four hours of hassle ahead. I don't understand why they didn't go to the beach?
There was a bit of a problem on the way out. We were told that the room was missing a blanket. The maid, with Komsomol conviction, argued that there were three blankets. We are with no less pressure - that two. The bored Belarusians watched with interest the showdown with the "plaid thieves". However, the administrators sorted it out quickly, the accusations of embezzlement were dropped, but the unpleasant aftertaste remained. Now we will recalculate the “soft junk” upon arrival at the room in order to avoid...
Cleaning - on demand, hung a label on the door, and the whole problem. The girls in the hallway scrub the floors three times a day. Comfortable furniture, everything works, linen is clean. The only thing missing was a dryer on the loggia and a table in the living room. Annoying lack of prepayment when booking, but it's more of a hotel risk. Although the hotel is packed to capacity.
The price included breakfast, here the hotel has a problem. Well, a normal Ukrainian man is not able to have milk porridge for breakfast every day! And here every day is like in kindergarten...
What is good in "Prykarpattya" - the sea is close, there are many shady canopies on the beach. close to shops, cafes, and at the same time after 23.30 there are no loud discos
The room is clean, a fresh normal renovation has been made, the bathroom has a clean shower, beautiful tiles, unsalted water (this is important for Koblevo) with crazy pressure at any time of the day.
Comfortable bed and sofa, wardrobe, hanger, wicker chairs, bedside lamps, kettle and hair dryer. There is plastic furniture on the balcony. The balcony is spacious. All equipment (refrigerator, air conditioning, plumbing) works fine. TV traditionally for Koblevo shows 7 channels, but at sea it does not bother.
We looked into a standard room - worse furniture and furnishings, a balcony for two rooms.
We like "Prykarpattya" for its convenient location. The center of the resort area. Second line. It's really two minutes to the beach, along the convenient path of the Svyazist base or through the mini-market. Most of the new hotels in Koblevo are sometimes located within a 15-20 walk from the sea, which is not very convenient in the heat.
On the beach in this area there are a lot of awnings and sun loungers (from 20 to 25 UAH / day). Two steps away - a local "supermarket" and a mini - market, you can buy some water, fruit, etc. Nearby - several cafes, including many years proven "Homemade" on the territory of the neighboring base "Vinnitsa". By the way, there is a large swimming pool.
In five minutes - the water park base "Orbita". Near the cafe "Ksyusha" they sign up for minibuses to Nikolaev and Odessa. Although extremely rare, a local bus still runs - from the Zarya base to the Aquapark, so you can drive in any direction. And in the evening you can have a great walk along the beach.
"Prikarpattya" has a large territory - there is parking, benches, a lot of greenery. There is a cafe-pizzeria, comfortable tables, gazebos.
Of the minuses - a Soviet-era building, obviously in need of repair (and the design of the hotel is excellent, even elevators were provided once! ); the door to the room is ancient; no safe; WiFi only works in the lobby. An original approach to cleaning - the maid asked "before 9 in the morning put the garbage in the corridor, and I will hang a bag on your door. " So they don't bother much with housekeeping.
At the entrance to the hotel, the reception desk is pasted over with a bunch of menacing posters like "the administration is not responsible for the safety of property. " At the same time, under the stairs - about five expensive baby carriages, like no one stole anything. Personally, I have no complaints about the administration - we had to leave a day earlier, and part of the money for accommodation was returned to us.
"Prykarpattya" lacks modern renovation, but otherwise the hotel is quite suitable for a short rest.
The location of the building is good, close to the sea, quiet, only at night idiots drive rickshaws with music.
There is no dining room (there is, but does not work).
Take a fumigator with you, you can’t do it at night, there are a lot of mosquitoes.
In the room on the second floor near the main entrance wi-fi worked.
Now about the number. The word "horror" of our impressions cannot be conveyed. This is not just a scoop, it's a scoop with broken furniture, sheets sewn from pieces and shabby walls. And the bathroom... I'll post a photo later, then you can do without words. No paper, no soap. No utensils, no basic equipment. Well, at least there were sockets to charge phones. We did not even want to go there during the day, only to spend the night. You can endure a couple of days, but not a week with a child. Yes, we took the cheapest room, but 300-350 UAH (I don’t remember exactly) is too expensive for such conditions. I looked into one of the neighboring ones - it was decent there, probably 2 times more expensive.
A separate issue is balconies. In Prykarpattya they are shared by 2 rooms. Those. you are doing something interesting in the room, and then the neighbors look in from the balcony)) Close the door to the balcony and the curtains - and die in stuffiness. We were lucky - the maid was the neighbor on the balcony, on her side the closet stood as a partition, so ask for a room with the maid next door; )
Shower with hot water on the floor. General, not m / f. The outer door is not lockable. There are curtains, as it were, in front, and there is no division into "cabins" at least with the same curtains, in my opinion, complete savagery.
My conclusions: for lack of money and self-respect, you can live there, but if there is a material opportunity, choose something more modern and civilized.
