The choice was made online. We wanted to go to the seaside for a weekend, we were looking for a room with all amenities and without compulsory meals. Considering that I know Koblevo very well, I chose away from nightclubs, closer to normal equipped beaches with canopies.

The base is located on the second line from the sea, two minutes to the beach. Good access (asphalt). It is equidistant from the nightclubs of the Moldavian zone, the water park and the pine forest.
Among the shortcomings - the cafe located nearby from 17.00 to 24.00 pleases the next two square kilometers of space (the Meliorator, Arcadia and Energostroitel bases) with the vocal abilities of mediocrities screaming in karaoke. The room has to be completely clogged up until midnight, so as not to go deaf.
Double rooms are small, for a couple of days - it's normal, but spending half a month in such a room will be stressful. Plumbing needs maintenance.
Salty water. There is a cooler with drinking water on the floor, but the water in the tap and shower is bitterly salty.
The dining room is nothing, completely soviet both in appearance and in assortment. Many thanks to the administration for the fact that food is not an obligation for tourists !! ! There is room for maneuver.
