This hotel has outperformed the others thanks to the suite by the sea. ; . I asked for a second or third floor to have a good sea view. We arrived, paid, checked into the room and what I see: there is a balcony, but a view of the neighboring hotel, the outbuilding, a place for a staff smoke break, trash in the yard and, somewhere far behind all this, the coastline! When contacting the administrator Julia, I received a dismissive answer that this is also a "suite by the sea" with the same furniture and at the same price, and, as I asked, on the second floor! She doesn’t know anything else and doesn’t want to know, and I didn’t book it correctly and these are my problems! But I do know how I booked. the issue with the view was fundamental! All requests to change the number were repeatedly refused and two days later there was no other number either. There was a desire to leave immediately, but because. our weekends were short and it was already impossible to find something free by the sea, and the children wanted to swim, so we had to stay, but the rest was spoiled. We were deprived of morning sunrises with a cup of coffee, sunsets with a glass of wine, the sound of the surf - it was important for us!
