No persuasion helped, in response, one rudeness, supposedly Russian freaks arrived here and pay us here for everything and no one will help you. There is nowhere to go, my child and I were simply shocked by such an attitude. In everyday life, everything costs 20 hryvnia, why it is not clear. Basin, clothespins asked - it's impossible, washing is chargeable. Iron for 5 min. use - 20 hryvnia. Do not dry your laundry on the clothesline. Hot water in the room intermittently, that is, then no. Lighting in the room, just twilight. The mirror is small at a level of 2 meters from the floor, that is, in order for me to look, I need to stand on a chair. There were 4 beds in the room, 2 bedside tables, a refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, there was simply no wardrobe. All things were in a suitcase. The administrator Vika, and her so-called lover, are arrogant, never "neither hello nor goodbye", there is always a displeased expression on their faces, they seem to have come in large numbers here, they got it. My daughter hurt her leg, she asked them for food, they squeezed her!! ! Then I realized why "Khokhlov" is called "Khokhlov". In the cafe "Sofia" the prices are too high, although nearby everything is much cheaper in 2 steps. In the yard there is an inflatable children's pool, for which they were shaking so much that it was scary to even pass by. The very atmosphere in the base is somehow not cozy, there is a transformer box right in the courtyard, some kind of wires stretch incomprehensible, the whole courtyard is tiled, there is no greenery. At 23.00 the lights are turned off, in the courtyard, like in a nursing home, there should be silence. Although opposite Lunopark, music and squeals until the morning, these hosts are very strange. Of course, they didn’t spoil our vacation, but it was simply not pleasant to feel some kind of hostility from these people. Then, when we moved out, one kopeck piece that worked for them told us this about these owners. In general, this Vika is not his wife, but his mistress, but she shakes her rights like a real mistress, dragged 2 children with her. Behaves like a bitch, this man is silent. We are not the first to be dissatisfied, there were even people who sued them for the fact that they did not give that money back and no one returned there a second time. If you don't want trouble with the owners of the hostel, don't settle in "Sofia".
