Was pleasantly impressed. For several years I did not rest in Ukraine and expected the worst. We stayed in a Standard + 3-bed room. The territory is clean and well-groomed, a huge number of playgrounds, 2 sports grounds, many gazebos, hammocks, in principle, there is everything you need for a family holiday.

The room is clean, whole, if there were questions about the number, they were quickly eliminated. The food is "canteen", but normal, tasty. For children there are animators.
In fact, the overall impression is quite positive, but there is always a "but".
I was very upset by the petty redneck that spoils the picture, which, in my opinion, is unacceptable for such a price and the level they claim to...
As stated in the review below, I understand that the hotel management is not going to fix these problems.
Now in order:
- there are few fruits in the menu, once every 2 days either peaches or bananas;
- toilet paper in the room is issued on account, when we asked for an extra roll, we were told that it was not allowed, thanks to the maid, we managed to beg her;
- sun loungers on the beach are paid (40 UAH). , in my opinion, at such a price of a voucher, include the price for a sun lounger in it and it will simply not be noticeable there, but it will be nice;
- Wi-Fi is paid, while daily;
- billiards and table tennis are paid;
- the pool is paid (150 UAH) for each adult.
At the same time, the situation with the pool was very outraged. We made reservations in the evening, in the morning the son of our friends had a fever. We came to the administration before the pool opened and asked to reschedule or cancel the reservation and return the money to us, to which we received an answer that these were our problems, it was impossible to transfer or return the money. Such an attitude not only spoils the reputation, but also violates the law. It was very unpleasant.

The base is very good, a large territory, a lot of grounds and decor, but nevertheless, cleanliness and order are maintained all around. There are places to take a walk with children, and there are enough complexes for young people. The dining room is at the highest level, friendly staff, everything is clean, the food is very tasty and the menu is quite varied.

We rest a lot and actively and have something to compare with, but here everything is on the level, starting from the moment of ordering tours, here I would like to mention Olesya, she is as attentive and responsive as possible. Checking into the room and cleaning is respect for our maid Nadezhda, and I found a common language with my granddaughter, and it’s clean like at home, and all on time and without a reminder, and in other matters. In the cafe, thanks to Tatyana and cooks Tanya and Sasha, here they fed hearty and personal attention.
I will not hide, 3 weeks is good, but not enough. If we have the opportunity, we will certainly come at the end of the summer. And if not, then next year for sure. And the air, and the very atmosphere of friendliness, where everything is for the children, I want to feel all this more than once!

Everything else is just awful, starting from rooms that have never seen a general cleaning, the maid cleans once a week, the room has a mop, a rag, a broom, in general, everything for relaxation. The bathroom is just terrible: the water stinks of sewerage, everything is damp, rusty and rests on snot, the curtain in the shower deserves a separate topic about the types of mold.

And by the way, a disco on the beach, where a lot of children come with their parents, the music is not for children, mostly 16+.
We left 3 days earlier, because there was no more strength, and they were afraid for the children, so that they would not pick up some kind of infection.

A disgusting place combining insane prices for nightmarish quality. To begin with, we planned to come to rest with the children for 2 weeks. When I got to the place, I was shocked by what they offer for quite a lot of money. The junior suite is a Soviet room, in which the only pluses are air conditioning and TV. Of the designated 2 rooms, we got a "corridor" in which we put a table with chairs, a refrigerator, a wardrobe and a wretched DIRTY folding sofa. General cleaning this place has NEVER seen, since mountains of dirt were found in the sofa, under it, under the table and everywhere except the center of the room (and this is in a place where children are supposed to rest and improve their health). The bathroom deserves special attention

People don't understand what a buffet is. Food has no appearance or taste. For example, for me, less is better, but tastier. I paid almost 17 thousand for a 10-day vacation. I left 2 days earlier because I was tired of the same food + the weather deteriorated. The control shot was a dry ration for the whole day + breakfast and dinner for 4 people. It was 8 slices of bread, 24 rings of sausage (which was obviously from the freezer) on it, 3 tomatoes, 3 cucumbers and 6 buns. When I left the dining room with THIS I was horrified and felt terribly sorry for myself. I regret taking this. Outcome. I will regret this vacation for a very long time. If you go there on a ticket that you pay only 4 or 5%, then you can. Holidays for grandparents with grandchildren.
