This is the first time in my life I am writing a negative review. The most disgusting impressions remained about this Tavria base. I got the impression that the administration is absolutely inadequate, I have never seen such rudeness and hysterical behavior, and even more so, it was impossible to imagine that this could be at the reception.
The room was booked in advance, paid in advance. We arrived, the maid showed the room, went to take shape - everything seems to be as usual. And then the strangeness began. When asked if there were any discounts for a child, the madam at the reception did not deign to answer, but reacted with some kind of contemptuous smirk, they say, what kind of nonsense are they asking. Okay, we didn't focus on that. We are waiting for her to complete the contract. In the meantime, another administrator began to explain the rules of residence to us and gave us a sheet to read - with these rules, more precisely with a list of restrictions and prohibitions that are established at the base. One of the points was that "unregistered persons are categorically not allowed on the territory. " When booking, no one informed us of any conditions of residence. The question was important for us, so I asked: "Can my parents come to visit us for a couple of hours? " (rested at that time on another base). The response was inadequate. In two voices, in a mentoring tone and breaking into a cry, they began to reprimand us that everything is forbidden, read the papers, that they have rules, and these rules are just against such cases, how can you? these are unregistered persons! , communicate with your parents somewhere in a cafe, whoever doesn’t like can leave, etc. etc.
Further - demanded to leave the passport as a pledge. There was no desire to leave him, because the administration, with its strange manner of communicating, did not in any way dispose to trust. And again, they did not warn that they would take the passport when booking. In general, the main show began here. In response to my remark that, according to the law, a passport cannot be pledged, and the offer to find an alternative, they almost screamed. Some strange things were yelling that they didn’t care what was there according to the law, that they had a safe full of other people’s passports, and that they had their own rules and laws here, and that we would definitely break or spoil something, and then you won’t catch us and some other nonsense. What does all this have to do with running around the room, throwing papers and hysterical screaming in two voices. In short, this circus had to end. In a good way, of course, it was worth leaving from there. But it was towards evening, we were tired from the road, we didn’t want to go anywhere. Therefore, I nevertheless agreed to leave them a passport, only that they would stop yelling. But no. It turned out that now they decided to "teach us a lesson" because we say "set our own rules. " With a cry of "try now to find yourself another place in the high season, " they began to throw money almost in our faces and defiantly tear the "agreement" to shreds. When asked why, in fact, we were denied registration with an advance payment made (through an online booking company, by the way, which guaranteed check-in by reservation) and agreement to all their conditions, they found it difficult to answer, but they did not stop yelling. Some man was called, apparently from the staff, who began to "poke", shout "get out of here" and yell something about our car (I really hope that I just HEARD his threats, otherwise this whole situation should have been resolved in the other place).
This is the reception we received at the Tavria recreation center in Kirillovka. And since I am writing a review, a few words about the room that we managed to see. Booked No. 25 (b) on the second floor of a two-story cottage for 600 UAH per day. Positioned as a 3-bed suite. In fact - a small room with a 2-bed. bed and extra bed. Add. place - a folding chair-bed near the entrance to the toilet. The room is very cramped: in order to expand the chair, you need to take the table and chairs outside. There was no boiler in the bathroom. As the maid explained, it is installed on the ground floor (one for two rooms or something ?! ) Of the dishes, only three cups and three plates were provided. Everything else, including glasses, forks, etc. told to go "get in stock". Bedding and towels were present in the room (I don’t know if they are included in the price, because it’s a suite, or they would have to pay separately, as many people write about this in reviews). The kitchen is shared.
The base itself is not on the coast: there is a road between the sea and the territory.
My opinion: I do not recommend it at all. The conditions and service do not correspond to the cost, the attitude towards customers has already been written above.
Of course, we found another place for the same money, but with incomparably better conditions and normal owners, where we rested with pleasure.
