Previously, we often bought vouchers from other companies, but we have never encountered such a cynical deception.
1. Tour. the company does NOT conclude a contract for tourist services.
2. Instead of a voucher or a voucher, they give you some piece of paper, a tiny piece of paper from the time of the USSR, according to which it is impossible to prove anything in a conflict situation. This piece of paper-voucher does not even indicate the cost of the voucher, conditions, guarantees, responsibility of the parties are not specified, there is not even a signature of the director of the company's management. 3. They sell vouchers without railway, air tickets, while giving false information about the availability of tickets for sale, knowing that there are no tickets at the box office and never will be.

Fault of this tour. club, our trip was disrupted and we were forced to cancel the tour, but already on the second day, despite our mistakes and deceit, despite the fact that the contract was not signed and it was not indicated anywhere that they withhold money when returning the ticket, the company requires a refund of 5% of the ticket price.
5. This company does not take an advance payment for booking a voucher, but require the full cost of the voucher immediately.
6. They take money for insurance, while they do not issue any documents, do not issue an insurance policy or contract.
7. Money for the ticket you pay not for the tour. firm, but to some private entrepreneur who gives you a receipt in return, which does not indicate to whom, who, where and for what gives money and it is not known at all how this private entrepreneur is related to this tour. firm.
8. When communicating with the director of this company, you will encounter unprecedented deceit and cynicism.
The Kyiv regional tourist club does not give any guarantees when buying a ticket from them, they act, at the same time, by fraudulent, criminal means.
By not concluding a contract with clients for travel services, they thereby hide possible problems, and in the event of a conflict, they unilaterally return that part of the money for the ticket, which they consider necessary.
