Let's start with the fact that the managers who change on shifts are unprofessional. It seems that they do not communicate with each other at all and have not heard of such a thing as "transfer of cases. " The fact that one promised you or what information he conveyed does not guarantee that tomorrow's manager will confirm. There were problems with this restaurant at absolutely all levels of preparation for the wedding, and the more money we carried towards it, the more the restaurant "impudent".
The first time, we paid a deposit of 6000 UAH and at the same time discussed the menu. The manager, Alla, claimed that 1 kg of food would be enough for a person. The cost for 1 guest, in this case, was 1000 UAH. But already a week before the wedding, when we had to pay a 100% deposit, she said that this was catastrophically small, and the tables would be empty. I had to enlarge the menu. And the price from 1000 UAH increased to 1400 UAH. And where were we to go? We became hostages of the situation as we had already paid 50% of the advance before. I think you can imagine how much this increased the cost of the banquet when there were 50 guests.
The second point was related to the double standards of the restaurant. When garlands are allowed at one wedding, not at another, at one you can open the door closest to the fountain, at another not, at one you can turn on music up to 11, and at the other up to 9. And so on. Naturally my wedding belonged to the "other". Even if it was promised at the first meetings.
Third moment. Exit ceremony. It is not at all clear to me why we paid 2000 UAH for a place for an outdoor ceremony. I reviewed a couple of dozen restaurants before Posada and I can understand when this is a complex with a pool, and the fee for the place of the ceremony is due to the fact that they lose their earnings by not letting strangers go there. But what makes Posad charge for this? Pettiness? The only "kind of service" was the provision of 20 chairs for the ceremony, which the restaurant forgot to take out. And if I hadn’t randomly remembered them before arriving from the photo shoot, and hadn’t asked my witness, they wouldn’t have been taken out like that. The manager generally denied that they should be. Fortunately, the witness reminded and "recaptured".
Fourth. Banquet. I can name one minus. Almost all the alcohol was dug up for us and many bottles remained untouched. I don't get it, what about the service? Why can't you open it as you go? It was a pity to throw away wine and champagne afterwards.
And the last. That's what got me personally. Hotel. Of course, a lot of couples express a desire to stay overnight in a hotel. This is evidenced by the presence of a "wedding suite". But how petty a restaurant and hotel complex needs to be, so that having tens of thousands for a banquet, they can’t provide at least a discount on a room for young people, which costs about UAH 3.000 (for your information, only in one hotel I heard a minimum discount of 30% , in all others, either free of charge, or at least 50-70%). Posad, are you a service industry? Where is your customer loyalty? For you, this is a small amount, but the guests are pleased. But that is not all. When booking, I said that I need to shoot the bride's preparations, so I want to arrive at 6 in the morning. And you know what I was told + 50%!!! ! Can you imagine my shock? In the end, there is nowhere to go. I decided to give up the wedding suite as the room would have cost 4000 UAH, and even the suite. I had to take a junior suite. Do you think our nightmares are over? The next day, check-out at 12. They call us at 11.50 and ask when we will leave the room. I asked for 1 more hour to get ready. And what do you think, they tell me +100 UAH. The whole situation is explained to me that the restaurant is not related to the housing stock. Therefore, there are no discounts. Who did you come up with this excuse for? People are not idiots. Everywhere they give a discount, but you "have no relation"? And I have no complaints about the line staff. Top managers, owners, review your rules and attitude towards guests.
Of course, it would not be fair to write only the bad, because there were good ones too. In the village there is really delicious cuisine, gourmet dishes. A beautiful banquet hall and a place for an outdoor ceremony.
I also want to express my gratitude to the waiter Tanya - a very attentive and kind person. Everywhere managed and supported.
Whether these pluses are enough to cover the minuses is up to you.
P. S. Do not take the florists that the restaurant offers. Especially Regina - banal work, takes money like well-known agencies, and even rude.

I want to express my "thank you" for spoiling the mood on our wedding day! First of all, the manager Elena, who incorrectly calculated the menu, and on the wedding day confronted us with the fact that we need to pay more than 2000, because the computer incorrectly deduced the total amount. Moreover, we signed and approved the menu a month before the wedding, and during this time it was possible to inform us of an error. We refused to pay extra, as it is not our fault that the staff is not attentive, and we were told during the feast that half of the hot dishes were removed from the menu. In the end, instead of relaxing and enjoying the holiday, we ran and found out everything. We came to the conclusion with Elena that this is her mistake and she herself must deal with this. We went on to rest. After they took out the hot dishes, I realized that we were still weighed down, the menu was cut and not for 2000. Half of the guests did not even try hot dishes, since there were few of them, and we ordered quite a lot of them. By the way, the stuffed pike was expired. On the tables, I did not see all the 40.000 UAH (for 50 people) that we paid and 1.200 g per person. The guests also complained to me about Igor (I don’t know who he is, the administrator or the security guard), who was rude to everyone when the guests smoked near the gazebo, and that “let’s talk on the phone faster, I’m closing the doors to the hall here. ” Politeness 0. The sediment remained not very pleasant. I won't advise "Sofievsky Posad" to anyone, and our guests said that they would never come to you either. Sofievsky Posad itself attracts only with a beautiful hall and territory, but not like the kitchen and attitude towards guests. My husband and I had no doubts about JV before we got married. And after it was held there, they were very disappointed. Thanks only to our presenter who cheered everyone up and let us forget about the unpleasant.
Disadvantages:
- The shower saunas smell like mold. Saunas are rather focused on a one-time visitor who calls in for an "hour" with a girl. High prices for tea. 400 gram teapot 40 UAH
- The showers of the hotel are tiled, and in winter the floor is very cold, there are no special slippers for showers. The floor in the bathroom is also cold.
- Water is not included in the room rate. Water is available only in the mini-bar, a half-liter bottle. The cost of such water is 32 UAH.
Well, the hotel is VERY tidy, cleanliness is everywhere, in saunas, rooms, restaurants... Guys, you are great fellows!
The staff here are friendly and always ready to help in any situation.
The sauna also has everything you need, from slippers and towels to massages and various spa treatments.
We advise everyone to visit the SPA complex at least once!

There is some truth in this... but we settled in the wonderful hotel Sofievsky Posad, it is located just outside the city, not far from the center and the junction nearby... it is so cozy, clean and beautiful that after the bustling Kyiv we returned there "like home "))).
