Conclusion: "scoop" in all its glory: what about maintenance, what about repair.
May be suitable for heavy smokers
the rooms are not big but clean. elevator is inconvenient
- nice view from the window;
- quiet room;
- there is a compliment from the hotel in the form of 2 glasses of champagne or coffee to choose from;
- the room is clean, quiet, non-smoking, fresh;
- breakfasts are a complete overeating: a very plentiful buffet, food for every taste.
- a large hotel, pleasant administrators at the reception.
- 2 bottles of fresh water every morning
- daily cleaning.
I didn’t find any cons, if we travel to Kyiv again, we will be happy to repeat our stay at this hotel
Good prices and clean room
Minus the number of apartments. It is very big and the design is disgusting
Perfectly located - the very center of Kyiv, Khreshchatyk is just a stone's throw away.
The rooms are clean, cleaning daily.
The room has everything you need. bath, toilet, TV, safe, refrigerator, telephone
Bathrobe, slippers, all toiletries (soap, shampoo, shower gel, cap) are provided. There is even a set of threads with needles, which is rare for Ukrainian hotels.
The room has an electric kettle, a cup, a coffee / tea set.
Very friendly staff.
Huge parking.
Liked:
1. From the metro station "Palace Sportu" - 10 minutes on foot, however, uphill.
2. Breakfast - tasty and satisfying, a large selection of everything
3. Cozy room (we lived in a superior double room)
4. There is free Wi-Fi, in our room (16th floor, windows to the stadium) the Internet worked quickly, without problems
5. Modern card security system
6. Safe, radio, TV, minibar (small refrigerator) in the room
7. Various bonuses in the room: a set of toiletries, a map of the city center and the metro, brushes for shoes, a set of needles and threads to hem something - trifles, but nice
9. Regular cleaning and perfect cleanliness in the room
10.20-25 minutes walk to Maidan Nezalezhnosti
Did not like:
1. Creaky and crisp parquet on the floor - in my opinion, it has not been changed since the times of the USSR, but only covered with a carpet
2. Not very friendly girls at the reception (not all, but some, although we stopped by early in the morning, maybe we just didn’t get enough sleep : ))
3. Superior room was a little expensive - about 4 thousand rubles. per day
Summary:
For tourists who can afford to overpay for the sake of comfort, but at the same time like not to stay in the room, but to walk, walk, look for something new - this is it.
We were satisfied : )
P. S. The building, of course, is a bit "soviet" from the outside, but this is only at first glance : )
