We booked with my wife, since no one deigned to call back, we called them ourselves. When asked if the room was clean, the girl dubiously answered ". . it's quite enough... ". I asked how about the bed, to which I received an answer that we do not guarantee you a double bed when you arrive.... The hotel in the pictures looks completely different from the live one.

We booked with my wife, since no one deigned to call back, we called them ourselves. When asked if the room was clean, the girl dubiously answered ". . it's quite enough... ". I asked how about the bed, to which I received an answer that we do not guarantee you a double bed when you arrive....
The hotel in the pictures looks completely different from the live one. Old, everything is tattered and soaked with cigarettes and other rubbish. A couple of concierges work for the whole hotel, the rooms are not cleaned during the stay, they were asked to change at least towels.
- the lamp in the bathroom above the mirror does not work.
- the phone is only above the pot and it doesn’t work (it’s not clear why it’s there ??? )
- Parking in front of the hotel is very small and always crowded, 30 meters away there is a kind of parking lot with a security guard (some kind of wholesale base) for 20 UAH per day.
- no fridge in the room at all.
- narrow room (you need to go around between the bed and the wall)
- cracked window glass
- Towels are not changed and garbage is not taken out.
- the carpet is stained and soaked with cigarette smoke.
- a double bed with two mattresses - there is no safe in the room.
- front door with a gap in the finger (zero soundproofing)
- the electric kettle had to be washed from the terrible scale.
I periodically visit different hotels in the world, and I know how it should be. With a stretch, I would give them 2 stars.
STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.
