But the most interesting thing was on the day of departure!! ! When booking, there was an agreement on a late check-out and there was no talk of having to pay extra for this, there was no talk of this when paying for the room (we were charged at the rate for 2 days). When the day of departure came, we were forced to leave before 12.00 and made of us complete idiots, "round eyes" and bewilderment, they say who could promise you such a thing. Neither the fact of correspondence, nor any other facts affected the reception manager, moreover, she tried to prove her case by raising her voice! And at that moment, when they saw on the cameras that we had left, they offered to live in another place for free!!!?? ? I would never recommend this "office" to anyone.

The hotel is very conveniently located. Ten minutes to the center, three kilometers from the station. The area is full of restaurants and cafes. The Bessarabian market and Bill are also a ten minute walk away. The apartments have everything you need. Plus the rooms themselves are clean and tidy.

The apartments were comfortable with new beautiful furniture and design. The apartments are located next to the stadium, so it was close to the main attractions. The price is absolutely fair for such a service. I think I can safely recommend to friends.

The first thing that catches your eye is a great modern design. Big plus bathroom - Jacuzzi. It helps a lot to relax after a long walk. I was pleasantly surprised by the fact that every day they brought clean towels and even changed bed linen sometimes.

What I liked the most about this hotel was its price. Plus, it is a five-minute walk from Khreshchatyk. The hotel is comfortable, the staff is friendly. Didn't like the fact that there is no wifi in the rooms. I also did not like the old towels and washed bed linen.

Excellent service, price level and location of the hotel. Very helpful and polite staff. I'm not the perfect buyer but all my questions were answered and helped where needed. They even gave me a map of Kyiv and booked a place in a good restaurant. The rooms are clean and modern with a pleasant design.

We lived on Basseynaya, 19 on the 8th floor, on the 2nd floor there is an office. The studio apartment is stylishly decorated in black and white - a large room and a bathroom with a jacuzzi. The bathroom lacks a chair or cabinet, as well as shelves near the sink - there is nowhere to put or put something. You can say there was no Wi-Fi - it was badly caught, there was a wire - but it was not possible to connect through it.

You can not open the windows (there is also a large loggia) - because wild noise from a busy street (but there is air conditioning). Something happened in the bathroom, either with a battery or with a boiler - at night we were awakened by a roar (like a diesel whistle).

And you don't have to pay anything for this service. Thanks a lot! The view from the window was not very good. . . But there are several rooms in the hotel, so it's better to clarify this point. Yes. . . and the air conditioner barely worked. . .
